Awful!

Awful!! Ordered from the Boxing Day sale and STILL haven’t received my order!! Contacted Royal Mail to be told it had been sent to the wrong address and now had been returned to the sender. Told me to contact the angelle collection to process a missing item and they still haven’t got in touch. Never again!! Where is my money?!

Absolute Shocker

Ordered in Boxing Day sales, recieved items after 21 days and two products were missing. Emailed over 10 days ago and still no response. Absolute shocker of a company, racism and discrimination aside!

Money grabbers

This is my second time writing a review and I’m still just as unhappy. It’s been almost a month and I’ve still not heard anything back from this company regarding the missing items from my order. They’ve taken my money and I’ve not heard anything back from them, even after multiple contact attempts on multiple different platforms. If your happy to lose your money, order from this website. If not then avoid at all costs!!!!!!

Avoid at all costs

Ordered in the Boxing Day sale, items took weeks to be delivered just for the product to be faulty and the zip pop off the first time I wear it.
Customer service don’t reply so you can kiss your money good bye.
Awful service and awful quality

I ordered two of the underwear sets and…

I ordered two of the underwear sets and the quality and fit is absolutely terrible. I didn’t expect them to be amazing as it is a newish clothing brand but I definitely expected it to be a little bit better for the price.

don't bother

sizing is completely off and customer service is basically non existent! can't get through via any socials or emails, don't waste your time

Ordered over a month ago

Ordered over a month ago, have only received 2 of my items. Have contacted The angelle team 3 times with no response. The only response I got was they will get back to me in 3-5 days. This was over a week ago now! Awful customer service, spent a lot of money and feel this was a waste as we are now at the end of January.

Dodgy sizing and bad customer service

*ordered before the racist tweets came to light*

Ordered some stuff before Christmas and the quality is awful :( sizing is all wrong and the clothing has bobbled. Postage took ages as well and to make things even worse you have to pay to return your items even though the sizing is all wrong.

Terrible

Placed an order on Boxing Day. After 10 days there was no sign of it. I emailed customer service and Instagram with no response, the order finally turned up after I requested it was cancelled to be told I would have to pay the return postage cost!! After complaining they agreed to provide the returns label for free which took another 10 days for them to provide. Absolute shambles.

DISGRACEFUL

DISGRACEFUL. Placed an order before all of Elle’s racist tweets came to light. Received my order with half the order missing!!!! Absolutely no way of getting hold of anyone. Emails are ignored. Poor poor customer service. Even more poor and awful of a company. I guess awful person, awful company. DO NOT BUY.

Disgraceful customer service

I placed an order in December for a tracksuit. Despite ordering my normal size and being taller than average the fit was awful and far too large so I returned the items in the middle of December. I have still not received my refund despite emailing customer service twice, messaging the brand on Instagram and waiting 7 weeks since returning the items. Absolutely disgraceful service, will not be supporting this brand in future and do not recommend others buying from here.

I have only received one of my items…

I have only received one of my items and have emailed and messaged on the official Instagram and had no response. It’s been nearly a month since I placed my order and to have not even been contacted about this is really not acceptable

Very poor customer service

The delivery took about a month to deliver the clothes in which only 1 of the 3 items were delivered. There is no partial refund for the items so very disappointed with the service as I have had clothes from the brand before but not had such a poor customer service

Ordered from the Boxing Day sale, only 2/3 items turned up. Received no reply from customer service. Really disappointed as before the whole racism scandal I supported and followed Elle for many years. Didn’t realise this was how loyal supporters should be treated!

Shocking customer service never received a refund

Ordered 5 bits from the Boxing Day sale and only received 1. I have contacted customer service on several occasions but they never got back to me.

Don’t waste your money on this brand.
