Incorrect Item Received
Had an issue with an incorrectly sized hoodie sent out to me which wasn’t ideal however I received a response from the Customer Service team less than 24hrs later, issue was quickly resolved and they offered to reimburse my postage of the incorrect hoodie back to their warehouse. I absolutely do not condone what has come to light around the owners but as for the brand and the innocent employees I have always had a positive experience with them

Quality of the item was nice when I first received it , however after 1 wash it started to bobble really badly and lost its structure. Which was a shame as I really liked the items :(

Excellent quality
I purchased 6 items from the new fuse collection and the fit and quality is so nice! I absolutely loved the experience at the pop up shop in November and thought the customer service was unmatched.
Its sad to see so many bad reviews on this brand and i truly believe alot of them are fake & are just trying to make the owners lives more difficult from their past mistakes.
Will definitely be purchasing more from this brand

Poor Quality, dreadful Customer service and even worse brand image
I wasnt going to leave a review for the simple fact that it will just be countered with a fake positive review Elle & Co has written. But the whole buying experience with the brand is atrocious! From the waiting for the items to drop and then having to scramble quickly to check out online because of the low stock supply….waiting weeks for a product that’s lower quality but triple the price of a high street brand. Then to never getting a response from customer service. The whole brand was embarrassingly bad before the bad Image Elle has, but now I’m ashamed to wear them out in public and be associated with her out of date and racist views. Very unhappy customer, even before the fall out of the tweets. Go to tesco and buy the same style for £12 girls!

I tried ordering some joggers and a…
I tried ordering some joggers and a hoodie the order went through and then I was refunded as they didn’t actually have the stock. Reordered the joggers when I noticed they were back in stock. They took my money and whilst I was waiting for delivery I noticed the hoodie back in stock so ordered that too. The hoodie turned up in a bag that had been opened a retaped so clearly a return, and I still hadn’t received the joggers. I contacted customer service who told me my order was in stock and they had missed the order on their system, then when I chased up again I was told they actually weren’t in stock and that’s the reason why they weren’t sent and they would refund me. Bad that they just sat with my money and didn’t actually have the stock to fulfil my order. I wonder if they would have ever refunded me if I didn’t chase it
