It's very hard to get a hold of a live person to speak with. Even making a call, it says everyone is having a team meeting? Can't even register for the online payment portal. No help at all!

I have been unsuccessfully trying to reach customer service for two weeks now. The incoming system usually puts me on hold and after 90 minutes of waiting on hold I get hung up on. That has occurred to me five straight times in a row on five different days calling it mornings afternoons and early evenings. I have left messages with the agent but he never emails or telephones back. I cannot possibly imagine a more worse customer service.. Ernest Krist

I had a great experience with the agent. She helped me with Change-of-Address and Beneficiary forms and directed me to another Agent to help with expanding my policy amount. Very happy and a refreshing experience! ☺️

follow up issues
took several calls to resolve my application issues.. agents were polite and professional but never reached out to notify me of problems so we could continue the process. not getting a warm and fuzzy over what may happen when I die and my heirs need to contact you guys ..
