It's very hard to get a hold of a live person to speak with. Even making a call, it says everyone is having a team meeting? Can't even register for the online payment portal. No help at all!

I will give you 5 stars because Jalisa, your agent, was very helpful and made the application process easy and made me feel comfortable. On the down side, though, when I called Americo at 800-231-0801, I was given the number 888-220-7074 to reach an agent, and that number is out of service. Thinking I had written the number wrong, I Googled it, and it also appears on Americo's website even though it is a nonworking number.

I received a call from Cole Kraft. He answered my questions concerning life insurance & did a phone application. He covered the questions I had & took a phone application. He was knowledgeable & easy to talk to. I would recommend him to anyone I know who is looking for life insurance.

She sounded polite, patient...a 55 minute conversation...convincing & caring.
Overall, our conversation was "head & shoulders" above the usual conversation I encounter in calling various Companies & trying to learn how they might help me. From my perspective, Ms. Jalisha Cooper was "That good!"
