It's very hard to get a hold of a live person to speak with. Even making a call, it says everyone is having a team meeting? Can't even register for the online payment portal. No help at all!

Specific Agent assigned
My agent was very thorough on explaining my coverage. I like the fact that she identified herself as “my agent” if I had any questions or changes in the future I would reach out to her. Other companies that I was researching did not issue me an agent I just had to call customer service. I like the fact that I have a specific person that I can call or email with future needs. Jalisa Cooper is top notch!
