Everyone was SO helpful & polite! Could not have been better except if entertainment had included OLDIES for the golden ages who were the majority of the guests

The newly christened American Ranger is a well designed and executed river cruise ship. The staff was friendly and courteous from the Captain to the restaurant servers. We had the extra treat of having the christening while we were on the ship's maiden voyage. Just an all around great experience.

Everything on the ship was amazing. The corporate customer service has to try harder in communication.. i heard 2 different couples complain about issues with them

The ship crew had a hard job with our weather but they persevered.. the restaurant staff especially Brandon was so nice and efficient. The cruise director has such a hard job but she pulled it with grace. Really from the captain to the cleaning crew to the ship crew awesome job

The crew on this ship were exceptional. We had to divert to a different port because of weather. They helped everyone get flights altered and made different provisions for people wanting to fly out of Portland rather than Providence.

First and foremost your staff! They are well trained, stay positive and congenial with a total positive attitude. Well done! Your training procedures are working.
This trip the food was good but not great. A lot of seafood for upper Mississippi cuisine.
Ship maintenance was superb from bathrooms to the lounges everything was clean shiny and snelled good.
The captains handled the ship well and used great marine etiquette on a river with huge tows.
I love the 'can do' customer service. The word 'no' is never heard on ACL.

Great food, great service, large clean stateroom. Some excursions could have been longer.

Logistics could use a little work. Left Astoria and went right by the airport and then had to take a 45 minute bus ride back to the airport to fly out the next day.

The river most of all! The staff on the Heritage was very friendly and helpful! Foods was delicious, accommodations comfortable. Already booked our next adventure with American Cruise Line!

Everything was so organized. Starting from the airport to checking into the hotel the previous night. The transportation to the boat and our luggage was in our suite when we arrived. Once on board the meals and excursions were well communicated. We had a group of 10 and had the same waitress Elaina for all our meals in the dining room. She was topnotch! The food was excellent with multiple choices.

Service is great, the team is especially caring and pleasant. We enjoyed the interaction with all of the staff. I was surprised at the number of young adults working to give the passengers such a great experience. We give high marks with all of the crew but we dealt a lot with Parker, Kay in dining room and Marci (sp ?) our cabin steward. They did a great job!
I was especially impressed with the way all of the crew handled the problems brought about by the Nor'easter Storm.

The staff and the ship makes for a great experience. Stand outs are Jasmine, Jonathan, Rei and Denay.

The entire experience was great! Booking was easy, ACL’s organization and scheduling was perfect, ship and crew were outstanding, and food was excellent. We enjoyed the enrichment discussions, which were interesting and entertaining.

The experience was absolutely wonderful! It was our first time with ACL, and I honestly can’t believe the level of service they provide. When we take another cruise, it will definitely be with ACL. All of the employees were wonderful, too! I can’t thank you enough for everything—you made our experience truly special!
