Great staff, food, and excursions

The river most of all! The staff on the Heritage was very friendly and helpful! Foods was delicious, accommodations comfortable. Already booked our next adventure with American Cruise Line!

Everything was so organized. Starting from the airport to checking into the hotel the previous night. The transportation to the boat and our luggage was in our suite when we arrived. Once on board the meals and excursions were well communicated. We had a group of 10 and had the same waitress Elaina for all our meals in the dining room. She was topnotch! The food was excellent with multiple choices.

Service is great, the team is especially caring and pleasant. We enjoyed the interaction with all of the staff. I was surprised at the number of young adults working to give the passengers such a great experience. We give high marks with all of the crew but we dealt a lot with Parker, Kay in dining room and Marci (sp ?) our cabin steward. They did a great job!
I was especially impressed with the way all of the crew handled the problems brought about by the Nor'easter Storm.

The staff and the ship makes for a great experience. Stand outs are Jasmine, Jonathan, Rei and Denay.

The entire experience was great! Booking was easy, ACL’s organization and scheduling was perfect, ship and crew were outstanding, and food was excellent. We enjoyed the enrichment discussions, which were interesting and entertaining.

The experience was absolutely wonderful! It was our first time with ACL, and I honestly can’t believe the level of service they provide. When we take another cruise, it will definitely be with ACL. All of the employees were wonderful, too! I can’t thank you enough for everything—you made our experience truly special!

So this is our fourth cruise. And please get some regular coffee. And they don't have milk in the sky lounge. They have four different kinds. But regular whole milk should be the first thing to be on that table, not soy milk, not two percent, not goat's milk. Whatever you should have regular milk and regular coffee, not dark roast. New yorkers use dark roast, but most people have regular roast coffee. So I was disappointed with that. Every cruise has been like that, so I hope on my next one up in maine. You'll do that, put the word out, please. And thank you

Great food served by a great staff. Friendly bartenders. An awesome cruise director. Friendly captain. Knowledgeable tour guides. Capable transportation people. Comfortable state rooms.

One negative that I forgot to include on my previous review: I would like to see bigger bath towels.

The ship was lovely, the staff wonderful, the food delicious and the excursions interesting. Great trip.
