Had a fabulous time
The whole team - housekeeping, culinary, on board, experiences and excursions could not have been better. Historian was great. I asked for mint hot tea and someone went ashore to get it. We enjoyed all the excursions and guides.

We Just Had A Marvelous Vacation
We have spent multiple hours reflecting on our awesome American Cruise Line trip along the Columbia River the third week of September. Every staff member aboard our ship performed ABOVE expectations. Marvelous hospitality ! Every aspect of the ship was clean and welcoming. Always a smile from the staff no matter where we explored. We had an opportunity to talk at length with the Chef : WoW is he a talented and gracious person ! His food preparation and the staff of the dining rooms were definitely provided Five Star service. In our estimation the American Cruise Line Columbia River Cruise is a must for all travelers.

Great customer service
Great customer service. We needed to pivot on the itinerary due to bad weather. They gave extra excursions at no cost to keep the customers happy. Curteous, professional, always checking in to see how to accommodate your needs. Signed up for another cruise with them.

The trip was absolutely wonderful
The trip was absolutely wonderful, and all of the staff were excellent. However, there were two standouts, and that was Marc. The hotel manager was incredibly helpful and professional, and the one person in the dining room who was very special was. Rafael. Courteous, helpful, welcoming and terrific service.
