I ordered the shoes on January 11th and, to this day, I have not received them. I cannot comment on the appearance of the shoes because they still haven’t arrived! I have written to the company multiple times and the response was that they would arrive soon. It will be two months any day now!

le scarpe sono belle e di ottima qualità ma la consegna è una presa in giro: se volete ordinare delle scarpe anche costumizzate di ottima qualità fatelo ma sappiate che i tempi di consegna sono falsi, scarpe arrivate dopo circa 2 mesi di attesa e prese in giro nel servizio clienti.

Il prodotto e’ ottimo ma arrivato con un ritardo di un mese, per questo non do 5 stelle.
Basterebbe essere chiari fin dall’inizio che i tempi di attesa sono di 6-7 settimane (intorno a Natale) cosi uno non perde tempo a scrivere continuamente all’assistenza senza avere risposte concrete.

Ich habe fast 2 Monate auf die Lieferung gewartet, Kundenservice war leider auch nicht der schnellste, der Schuh ist schön, hat aber auch an einigen Stellen Makel, sieht man aber nur bei genauerer Betrachtung.

I have ordered the sneakers for my daughter’s birthday a month ago and i am still waiting for them.
They keep lying ensuring the sneakers have been shipped but nothing received so far
They ignore my request to get a full refund and keep promising the sneakers will be delivered in the coming days
The lack of visibility and the lies are unbelievable
Next step this week is to contact my bank

Ho dovuto scrivere quattro solleciti tramite posta elettronica perché le scarpe non arrivavano mai. Finalmente me le hanno mandate con un ritardo di quasi due mesi.

La peor esperiencia de compra, dos meses y aún no las tengo. Se niegan a devolverme el dinero. Por favor no comprar no podemos permitir negocios así que se aprovechan del cliente 👎🏻

Déçue, commande effectuée le 15.12, pas reçu la commande. Pas de réponses précises (en transit ?) ou de remboursement malgré plusieurs e-mails.

I ordered shoes at the 6th of December as a present for Christmas. On the 19th December I reached out to AMÉNDE, since I haven't received the shoes yet. They told me "they'll send it right away". Same on the 29th and 6th of January.
At the 16th of January I finally received the shoes after waiting 41 days, them lying THREE times about sending them AND me pressuring them with a bad review, asking for my money back and legal actions.

The package and wrapper around the shoes is not in good condition but the shoes seem to be of good quality and my girlfriend loves them.

And now after having such a pain with ordering and receiving the shoes, they have the audacity asking me to take down my review FOUR consecutive times. Unbelievable.

This site sells goods for high prices (in my opinion). In my case the retailer shipped the item I was interested in buying from Italy to the UK and this incurred a small import tax charge (approximately £7).
I returned the goods to the retailer and the cost of the return shipping was refunded by the retailer very quickly, so no complaints there.

The sneakers are beautiful!

Scrivo questa recensione come valutazione finale di Amendè shop, non solo per le sneakers comprate, ma sopratutto per il servizio di assistenza clienti.
Le scarpe le ho acquistate il 2 di Dicembre come regalo di natale per la mia fidanzata.
Faccio una premessa prima di iniziare.
Ero a conoscenza dei tempi di lavorazione che potevano impiegarci dai 2 ai 12 giorni lavorativi + 3 giorni di spedizione in Italia (come scritto sul loro sito). Proseguo a raccontare.
A metà mese di Dicembre, scrivo a loro per avere informazioni se le scarpe le avrei ricevute entro Natale e loro mi avevano assicurato, che le scarpe sarebbero arrivate senza problemi e nonostante il grande numero di ordini sotto il periodo natalizio sarebbero riusciti a completare e spedire l'ordine, così da averlo entro Natale. Risultato? Le scarpe sono arrivate il 16 Gennaio. In tutto questo periodo di tempo non ho fatto altro che scrivere al servizio clienti, su qualsiasi social e piattaforma in cui erano reperibili; Whatsapp, Instagram, E-mail e persino Tiktok (la mia ragazza), ma le risposte erano sempre le solite del tipo; "mi informo subito, le dico domani mattina, appena sono in negozio, siamo da lei etc" E la risposta l'avevi solo se tu riscrivevi nuovamente il giorno dopo insistendo.Dopo questo periodo siamo arrivati alla fase ti mando il track di BRT, fase durata 10 giorni in cui ti dicevano che le scarpe erano state spedite e aspettavano il track di BRT. Come è andata a finire?Siamo dovuti passare a insistere io e la mia ragazza (mi ha aiutato pure lei). Da fare una nota qui.
La mia ragazza ha scritto parole poco carine nei confronti del negozio e di questo ne siamo consapevoli e ci scusiamo. Ma dopo un mese di modi educati e pazienti non abbiamo mai ottenuto risposta, ma nel momento in cui ci siamo posti in malo modo abbiamo ottenuto il track il 12 di Gennaio.
Dal track mandato risultava che le scarpe erano state realmente spedite il 12 Gennaio e non il 19 Dicembre come mi avevano detto e nemmeno il 7 Gennaio come una seconda volta promesso. Le sneakers sono arrivate dopo 44/45 giorni dall'ordine fatto.
Le sneakers in se per sé sono molto belle, il lavoro fatto a mano si vede, anche se hanno un piccolo spazio vuoto dove non sono presenti i brillantini in entrambe sia destra che sinistra. Dopo 45/46 giorni la scarpa doveva essere perfetta, ma chiudo un occhio visto che comunque è una personalizzazione fatta a mano e dopo l'attesa Infinita almeno sono arrivate.
Concludo con il dire che la scarpa è bella e pure unica, ma sicuramente non vale quella cifra. Sopratutto per l'errata comunicazione cliente-venditore, in cui eri tu cliente a dover insistere e sperare che ti arrivasse l'ordine già pagato (cosa mai successa prima di questa).
