Leider habe ich seit meiner Bestellung im März nur den Hinweis erhalten, dass es etwas Zeit in Anspruch nehmen wird, meine Krawatte zu fertigen. Seit dem erhielt ich keine Informationen mehr, wir haben nun August.

Superschöne und außergewöhnliche Kravatten auf Maß!

ich habe gestern erstmalig 2 Krawatten bekommen.
Beide wunderschön. Leider sind alle Krawatten die bestellbar sind genauso schön. Man könnte alle bestellen.
Sicher werde ich das bald wieder tun. Eine Krawatte
habe ich schon gesehen si gerne noch haben möchte

Purtroppo la mia esperienza è stata decisamente negativa. Ho comprato una cravatta 3 mesi fa (15 marzo-15 giugno) e non mi è ancora stato consegnato nulla. Ad un primo sollecito, a 2 mesi, mi è arrivata una mail in cui mi si dice che il proprietario confeziona le cravatte personalmente con l'aiuto della sola moglie e che gli dispiace tanto, ma chiede di pazientare. Al secondo sollecito, una settimana fa, nessuna risposta. Nel frattempo ogni 2 giorni mi arrivano mail in cui il proprietario propone nuovi prodotti sartoriali, sconti e offerte. Il sito contiene la dicitura "In fact, we usually deliver in 30 days, because doing it by hand (and doing it right) takes time."
Altrimenti, del resto, non potrebbe essere riportato, posto che il Codice del Consumo prevede 30 giorni come termine ordinario di consegna. In ogni caso non ricevere risposta dopo 3 mesi per una cravatta, pur confezionata a mano, è una presa in giro. Mi troverò costretto a contattare un'associazione a tutela dei consumatori e instraderò le procedure per il chargeback, salve ulteriori iniziative. Spero che la mia esperienza (ma vedo dai commenti che la mia non è l'unica) possa essere utile ad altri.

Soie splendide, finition exceptionnelle. Cela vaut le coup d'attendre la livraison (attente un peu longue...).

I have been a customer of Passagio Cravatte gor three years now. Unquestionably, Gianni and Marta are dedicated, talented and tasteful craftspeople. The old fabrics they find and choose are of very high quality and cater to broad range of tastes and needs. The two ties of my latest order are simply magnificent. The reason for awarding four stars has to do with the delivery of the items. I finally received them after four months and a number of emails (always very courteous from both sides). I very well understand that Passagio Cravatte is a family-run business. But if orders are piling up, some solution must be found, so that customers will not feel disappointed or even get angry. I am not a businessman or manager so I cannot offer a suggestion. But it would be worthwhile to consider somehow solving this delivery issue. Best wishes!

Aggiorno la recensione riformulando alcuni passaggi, mantenendo invariati i fatti della mia esperienza:
02/08/2025: ordino una cravatta, ordine n. 14357, da realizzare su misura. Dopo un accordo telefonico con il Sig. Gianni, invio anche una mia cravatta personale, già realizzata su misura, affinché possa essere usata come riferimento per la realizzazione.

12/12/2025: dopo diverse telefonate di sollecito, ricevo una cravatta che, a mio avviso, è completamente diversa da quella attesa e non corrisponde alla cravatta inviata come modello. La rispedisco quindi al Sig. Gianni, chiedendo che venga rifatta in modo conforme alla mia, reinserendo nuovamente nel pacco anche la cravatta di riferimento.

23/04/2026: dopo ulteriori solleciti telefonici, ricevo nuovamente una cravatta che ritengo sostanzialmente identica alla prima e per me inutilizzabile, perché sproporzionata nelle dimensioni rispetto a quanto richiesto e atteso.

La mia esperienza è stata estremamente negativa. Ritengo che il servizio ricevuto non sia stato conforme a quanto avevo compreso e richiesto, soprattutto considerando che avevo inviato una cravatta personale come riferimento. Tempi molto lunghi, comunicazione non soddisfacente e risultato finale, dal mio punto di vista, deludente. Non posso consigliare questo servizio.

Both my wife and I have ordered a number of ties from Gianni. Yes he is slow, and yes it takes him a while to respond to emails. However, the wait is worth it. Since I started ordering he has gotten much better in communicating. You are not dealing with a factory but rather a unique craftsman who produces a stunning product. I have gotten so many compliments on each of the ties he has made. We are use to going on line or going into a store and buying what we think is a good product. There is no comparison on the quality of his ties. They are unique and drape exceptionally well. I have worn his ties with several custom made suits. No one said anything about the suits, and the focus was on the ties. The product speaks for itself. Sebastian

Cravatta e poket square davvero stupendi. Dal vivo sono molto meglio delle aspettative che già erano alte. Davvero complimenti!
Mi permetto di dare 4 stelle solo per la mancata chiarezza dei tempi di consegna.
Penso che sarebbe molto utile poter avere prima dell'ordine un'idea degli effetti tempi di consegna dei prodotti. Io ho aspettato 4 mesi e onestamente non ci trovo nulla di male nella cosa in sé. Sono prodotti fatti a mano da una realtà molto piccola, se gli ordini sono tanti è naturale che i tempi si allungano e non c'è nulla di male.
Penso che il servizio che viene offerto e la particolarità di tessuti messi a disposizione sia una cosa unica, perciò se voglio un vostro prodotto sono disposto ad aspettare tutto il tempo che serve perché il vostro punto di forza è l'unicità. Però sarebbe utile sapere fin dal principio che indicativamente ci voglio "x" mesi; in primis perché così se dopo un po' non ho notizie non mi preoccupo (io mi sono trovato a scrivere due volte a Gianni solo perché non avendo notizie e non sapendo quali fossero i tempi di consegna avevo pensato che ci fosse stato qualche problema. Gianni mi ha risposto sempre con molto garbo e professionalità perciò anche il contatto con loro lo giudico molto positivo), e in secondo luogo perché così facendo si allontanerebbero tutte quelle persone non disposte a quest'attesa che poi sono quelle che vi creano problemi. Anche voi vi meritate di lavorare senza la pressante insistenza di clienti maleducati (o semplicemente clienti non adatti a voi).
Se uno vuole acquistare una Ferrari, gli viene detto che deve aspettare anni prima di averla, non per questo il brand perde di attrattiva

I placed an order for a silk tie at Passaggio Cravatte in May this year. It took a bit time before it arrived since it has to be handmade by Gianni himself. What a tie! Just amazing craftsmanship, and the quality of silk is fantastic! Really recommend Passaggio Cravatte who is a small bespoke manufacturer of ties, hankies etc, run by himself and his wife! I have previously ordered from Passaggio Cravatte and written favourable reviews, but my recent experience has me editing this back down to 2-stars. While I have been impressed with the unique fabric selection and handmade touch, as well as being able to accept the long turnaround times, I am not impressed with the runaround on my most recent orders. Multiple follow ups were required, always accompanied by quick responses promising shipping in the next 2w, whereas several months followed. Ultimately, my orders were only partially filled, and customizations agreed in email were not processed.

I just received my tie the other day. I must say, it is so well made. Great fabrics, stunning craftsmanship and beautiful collars. I will definitely order more ties from Passaggio. Highly recommend.

The Worst Experience: Absolutely Never Order From Here (0/5 Stars) This One absolutely does not deserve more than zero stars.

Since ordering a tie last November, I have gone an entire year without receiving either a refund or the product. The service attitude displayed by this business proves them to be completely unreliable as a company.

It took more than three months (a quarter) just for them to ship the item after I placed the order. They cited an order backlog at the time, but this turned out not to be their main problem. For an unknown reason, the item never arrived to me and was returned to the sender by Post Italia.

They acknowledged the issue and promised a solution, but that was the extent of their action. For months, I patiently requested a reshipment, but they continuously delayed, always saying they would check "tomorrow." No Follow-up or Resolution. They finally stopped ignoring my emails. A year later from my order, I have neither received the tie nor has a refund been processed. This kind of behavior is nothing short of a scam. Around the same time, a tie I ordered from E. Marinella arrived without a hitch two days later. While I haven't had the chance to use this shop's ties, the attitude they show toward their customers is so irresponsible that they do not deserve to continue operating a business.

If you wish to avoid wasting your time and money, do not order from this shop.

Qualità superiore nei materiali e nella realizzazione, resa finale fantastica e, come sempre gentilezza, cortesia e assistenza sono al primo posto .
Proseguirò certamente ad affidare a Passaggio Cravatte la realizzazione di tutte le mie future Cravatte Ascot e fazzoletti .

As some other reviews have noted, it can take a while for orders to arrive, because everything is made to order by hand by Gianni and his wife, but Gianni is very friendly and responsive, and more importantly, their work is worth the wait. I ordered several pocket squares and they are all unique, beautiful, and well crafted.

Nine months ago, February 2025, I ordered a tie from Passaggio Cravatte [Gianni is the owner] with a promised delivery date of approximately four weeks. To date, November 2025, I have received many excuses from Gianni but no tie or refund (US $201.00).

Update: On 24 November 2025, the tie arrived.
Pros: Good silk material
Cons: (1) No maker's label (2) whilst the tie has interfacing, it is UNLINED!

Summary: Unsatisfactory

Ho acquistato da questo produttore perché vedevo sui social come fanno le cravatte e il fatto che pubblicizzano di avere un alto rating su trust pilot, ma il rating era falso.
Ci ho messo circa 4 mesi ad avere le 3 cravatte, solo dopo avere telefonato, scritto email, messaggi su whatsapp. Quello che ha sbloccato la sortirne é stata una recensione negativa su Google. A quel punto hanno spedito.
Appena arrivate, la sorpresa: le cravatte sono mediocri! Non hanno la minima struttura, sono solo tessuto, piegato e cucito alla mano peggio.
Non ho chiedo il rimborso perché ho immaginati quanto sarebbe stato difficile, ma mai più acquisterò da loro.

In realtà dovrei dare 4 stelle per un tema di lentezza nel consegnare le cravatte ma siccome sono fatte totalmente a mano e su misura, con sete pregiatissime, l’attesa di due mesi è giustificata. Hanno anch cravatte pronte quindi se avete fretta comprate quelle
