The shoes are very nice and exactly as described. I also had to wait longer than expected for them, but the staff was so friendly and responded immediately. :)

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered these shoes and had to wait two months for delivery. Shortly after receiving them, a thread came loose, and I noticed that the shoes had several defects.

I then returned the shoes at my own expense. After that, I had to wait at least another month before receiving them back. Unfortunately, when they arrived, I discovered that the shoe now even had a cut.

After a long wait, I finally received a response saying that they would look into the issue. However, since then I have been completely ignored and have received no further updates or solution.

I have sent several emails regarding this matter but have received no proper response. Being ignored despite these problems is completely unacceptable. Although the shoes are handmade and, in principle, very beautiful, the quality issues and especially the customer service have been extremely disappointing.

At this point, I can only give one star. I am still waiting for a proper solution and a response to my complaint.

I have been waiting for my order for 2,5 months. It is difficult to get answers from the Amende Shop. The Carrier has no info about my parcel. Not cool.

Ordered 3/22/26 and never got my shoes. Wrote uncountable emails, all answers told me to take a look at the tracking which does not show up they ever sent me the shoes. They deny to give clear response. Very unserious.

J’ai commandé des chaussures le 20 février 2026 et à ce jour je n’ai tjs pas reçu ma commande. Je ne reçois des notifications seulement si je demande ce qu’il se passe et jamais ma commande avance. UPS n’a toujours rien reçu et je dois être livrée demain selon vos dire.

Ordine arrivato dopo un mese dopo diverse sollecitazioni e anche un numero sbagliato. Mi avevano promesso un buono che ovviamente non è mai arrivato. Metto due stelle solo perché le scarpe sono belle. Pensavo che le recensioni non fossero troppo veritiere ma invece ricalcano perfettamente la realtà.

Such a professional company, they respond to anything really quickly. The shoes ale literally flawless and so beautiful. Im really happy and recommend it.

I order three pairs of Sneakers. All of them are so nice 👌 Good communication 👍 I will order again.

I was not happy with the service of this company. I paid a high price for the shoes and for shipping as well but then got hit with 160$ customs fee to receive the shoes, once they got to my address from UPS due to customs which was not told to me previously. This was really unbelievably frustrating to know that I had to pay so much more to get the shoes. Please be careful as the customs fee is very high.
