I wish I had read the other reviews before ordering from Amelie Charme, as this experience has been awful. Firstly, they promote a 2 day handling time and a 10 day delivery time, but after 20 days I still hadn't received my item. I had to message 3 times before I got a response, saying that my order was on the way, but wishing I could cancel. When the item arrived I have to say the quality is incredibly poor and certainly not worth what I paid. The t-shirt itself is low quality and the printing is very poor. Unfortunately, I can't wear it either way as it is far too small. Typically I am a large, but when ordering from somewhere new I opt for an extra large to air on the side of caution, which I did, but it is so small. I asked for a refund, but as a small company they don't offer these if the size is wrong, so now I'm stuck with it. I'd almost appreciate this to be the case, but the quality is so poor and it took over twice as long to be delivered that I think any other company would say I'm within my rights to return it. During this whole processes trying to get in contact with support is almost impossible. Please do not order from this company, and instead go to a reputable retailer/brand who has an actual customer service function.

Awful customer service. Dishonest returns policy. Please refrain from transacting with this company.

Bought a tshirt pre Christmas. It took 3 weeks to arrive. It did not fit properly, therefore per their returns policy on their site, I got in contact to request an exchange and they have blanked several messages across multiple channels (email, Instagram, etc.).

I was finally honoured with a response 2 months later, which guided that because they delivered the product I ordered, they will not give a refund. Please, please do not order from here.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. I spent £200 on T-shirts on express delivery, they have not arrived after 3 weeks and I have not been able to get any kind of response from the vendor as to where my delivery is… Avoid at all costs.

Aucune réponse du service client à aucun de mes mails et ils ont été nombreux. Bref, une fois la commande passée, il n’y a plus personne.

Et t-shirts vraiment très bof vs le prix

Ordered on 9th Jan, delivered 27th Jan, 3 nicely worded emails written to ask what was happening with my order… no response from Amelie Charme.
The complete lack of any communication/ customer service will mean no repeat custom which is a shame.
I would advise not to buy from them unless you are prepared for all these aspects.
UPDATE… have written 3 emails over a week asking to return tshirt and still no response…
UPDATE…. 12.02.25. I’ve given up, still no response and they’ve blocked me from their socials…

Sehr langsamer Versand, Ware gut aber überhaupt keine Kommunikation bei Nachfrage wo die Ware bleibt. Weder per Mail noch bei Instagram! 3 Wochen bis Shirt ankam und der Versand erfolgt aus China!

Vor 12 Tagen bestellt, bis heute keine Ware erhalten! Es wird weder auf Mail noch bei Instagram auf die Frage wann das Shirt versandt wird geantwortet!

Bonne qualité du t-shirt, taille un peu oversize mais la coupe et bonne au niveau des bras et du cou. Par contre c’est made in china donc 79€ c’est quand même très cher!! Livraison 2 semaines.
