The XL was like a S and the cut is a disaster! Quality is way too bad für 50EUR Shirt! Max 15EUR Quality.

Ordered a t-shirt, and when asking for the delivery progress they say that the order number from their e-mail doesn't exist.
Half a week later the T-shirt is delivered and the quality on first sight seems really good.

Don't order here!
The hoodie, which is too small, cannot be exchanged for a larger size.
You would have to buy a new one instead. They are very customer-unfriendly in this regard. Do not place an order here!

I placed my order in February 2026.

I never received it.

The shipment was returned to the sender. I contacted the company, and to their credit, they replied to my first email, apologized, and promised to send the order again.

That was the last time I ever heard from them.

Since then, they have completely disappeared.

Months have gone by, and I still don't have my order. I still don't have my money back.

They ignore every email. They don't respond through any communication channel. They simply take your money and leave you to deal with the consequences.

If you're considering ordering from this company, just don't.

Never received order. Customer service won’t respond. A complete scam.

The fabric is thin, terrible quality and misshapen. The item is so different from the sizing they say that it cannot be worn. They completely ignore any emails when you get in touch - appalling!!

Where do I begin? First of all, the crewneck I ordered was the worst material quality and had absolutely no shape to other whatsoever. Secondly, the colour did not match the website at all. Third, when I tried to email with my return request and my reasons why, they just sent me an auto generated email saying to follow the return steps listed on the website - WHICH IS WHAT I WAS DOING!!!! Fourth, they have ignored me and my issue for DAYYYYSSSS now. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!! IM PRETTY SURE ITS A SCAM COMPANY/

Beautiful retro vibes on the James Bond Ski Tee! The fabric is just a tiny bit stiffer out of the package than expected, but after one wash it softened up beautifully and feels great now.

The Downhill Invitational Crewneck is so cozy. It left a tiny bit of fuzz on my undershirt the first time I wore it, but after a quick wash inside-out, the shedding completely stopped.

Good product and quick delivery, but the overall experience was fairly average.

I ordered some tshirts for my wife and a hoodie in XL for me. When it arrived, the size was completely strange. Very large but super short at the same time. So not wearable. When I contacted the support to send it back, I received an automated mail with a link to the refund policies, they say that you can not send it back. No recommendation!!!

Do NOT order anything from this company! I ordered a Tee shirt on the 2nd Dec 25 and I am still waiting!! I have sent several emails with only 2 generic emails sent back. I have now not heard from them for 2 weeks .

Long shipping time and never actually received item as yun express said it delivered through my letter box which hasnt happened- i only have two neighbours and they haven't received anything either
Id stay well clear of this company

Quite nice products but customer service is non-existent so, if like me, you don’t receive your order then good luck getting any help (or you money back).
This (buried in the website) explains a lot….
