If you want to cancel your subscription when you press cancel , below the green save button it says continue, this is the one you have to press otherwise it changes screen to make you think you have cancelled. I too got done like all the others and didn't find this out until i got charged😒

I can't give -10 , but avoid, I just purchased a one time covering letter, then after 5 days they tried charging me £29.90.

No where on the site did I agree to that, not did I agree to them keeping my payment details and reusing without my permission.

Avoid, luckily my bank saw it stopped it.

ABSOLUTE SCAM!! I went to sign up for the 7 day trial starter at £1.90. I transferred the exact amount to an account I hardly use because I felt abit iffy and I recieved £29.90 DECLINED message from my bank, so there is no trial they just take full payments.

Absolute Scam, started a free trial and thought i had cancelled only for them to continue you taking over £20 a month. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BANK DETAILS OR PAY FOR THIS SERVICE.

Believe only the negative reviews here, I doubt positive ones are genuine.

Same as everyone is saying, they charge before the trial period is up. Despite cancelling my subscription, they've charged a second time. Will take it up with my card provider and cancel the direct order or whatever is on here.

Also, I've cancelled my subscription several times only for it to continue being active on the website, which I'm sure is what has led to this issue of them charging me again. There is no option to close the account either, which is troubling and possibly not legal, though I don't know for sure.

They show Trustpilot 5* on their website. If you start the process as far as giving your email address, but then stop when you find out they charge a fee, you get sent multiple emails in which the "unsubscribe" link is broken.

Scammers!!!! They have been taking my money without authorisation. I paid £0.99 to download a letter and they took £29.99 straight after and it had been happening for 2 months. Luckily I checked my subscriptions otherwise they would have kept taking my money!!!! I can't reach out to them they don't have any online service or contact number.

Terrible company, they are scammers. Much like others on here, i signed up for the 7 day trial and they took the full amount immediately after. I have emailed many times to try and get my refund but never received a useful answer. Seems to be an automated email sent back every time with the same response. Avoid at all costs, clearly terrible people behind this.

Scammers took around 30e from my account, and they said that subscription is only 90 cents.

What a joke, said it was £0.90p and I have been charged £29.90? I will remove the review once a refund is received under your 7 day money back guarantee.

Altresume is a SCAM! I bought a 7-day trial membership for 1.90 GBP and they charged me an extra 29.90 GBP without authorization! I had to cancel my debit card and claim a refund. They do not have a phone line or any online customer support. AVOID THIS....
I contacted their support and this is the pre-fabricated email that they send to everyone:

This is a SCAM. I was expecting to pay 90p for a covering letter and they charged me another £29 on top. I have reported it and my bank has refunded me and cancelled my debit card. AVOID

Fraudulent company when you try and cancel your trial they then take £29.90 on top Ive reported this to my bank and they are going to return my money below is the message the company sent me when I asked them why they took £29 after I cancelled.

Also cancel you card and order a new one as quick as you can as I’ve read some reviews and they say they’re card is used elsewhere.

I made payment by mistake! I need a refund asap!!!

They are scammers don’t trust them they said 0.90 $ and took 30$ off my account

Company are scammers!! Used the 99p offer and I've been charged twice £29.90 by which point I have now called the bank to block transactions from this company.
Disgusting that its a top search on google and permitted for sponsored ads.

Scam company they are robbers they used my card details many times to thief my money from my account, but gad shake my card blocked automatically, I lost my 120AED. Don't use such scam website.

I NEED MY £29.30 BACK SUCH A SCAMMERS!! TOOK £30 WHEN ATTEMPTING TO CANCEL THE FREE TRIAL

Wish I had checked the reviews first, same thing happened to me as everyone else - charged the full sucscription up front rather than after the advertised free trial. DO NOT TRUST.
