If I could give 0 stars I would. Got charged 29.99 for a subscription (Did not sign up to it). I contacted them to remove my details from their system but "I am not registered with them" nor can they find my details, so my details cant be removed. I've had to contact the bank to block any further payments from coming out.

Disgusting company same as all the other reviews! Signed up for the £1.90 trial and currently have £29.90 pending from my account! No option to cancel my subscription have made bank aware and have blocked any further transactions! So annoyed there are people doing this! I have no ££ as it is! Will be taking it further if i do not receive my £29.90 back!

This resume website is a scam. You pay for a cent but they will take 29.90usd. It took me 5 days to realize they took money from my account more than what I approved so I emailed their support giving me a garbage of an excuse. So I told them if they don't refund my money back I will lodge a complaint to the IC3/FBI website. Finally, they agreed to return my 29.90 and when I checked my account, it shows my money has been returned.

To avoid the same headache I had to go through, do not waste your time on this scam website.

If I could give this minus stars, I would. I needed some help writing a cover letter so thought 90p for a "7 day trial" was decent. Not even after the 7 days, an additional £29.90 was taken from my account under a different name. I did not authorise this payment nor know what It was until I checked reviews for the site. It is 100% a scam. I have emailed 5 times now requesting a refund to which they answered "just cancel your subscription". There is nowhere on the site to cancel your subscription or delete your account. Do not use this site if you are wanting money taken from you. Not only have they taken nearly £30, I phoned up my bank to make them aware of the situation and they have informed me that the company has set the transaction up as a direct debit to come out monthly. Absolute disgrace of a company and should be taken down.

Absolute scammers - you pay 1.90 for 7 days trial then they automatically charge you 30 pounds without your consent. Waiting for a charge back. Don't bother with this.

This company is a scam!! Do not use!! they advertise a one off payment (I paid £0.90 for a 7 day access pass) and they then end up taking unauthorised additional money out of your account..(they have charged me £29.90 for a 30 day subscription which wasn’t clearly advertised as a payment I make now on top of the 90p charge). I’m currently on the phone to the bank to try to dispute this charge. Terrible!!

If I could give zero stars I would! Absolutely scammed by this company. Signed up for the £1.90 7 day trial and they’ve not only taken that money but an additional £29.90 without my authority to do so. This is legally corrupt and I’m trying to cancel my subscription as this is not what I signed up for. I’ll also be flagging to my bank as a fraudulent payment.

Very poor experience, the actual service can be useful and it’s pretty good however the company is terrible. They have a really poor cancellation system when you think you have cancelled you actually haven’t and there support does not help, and isn’t replying to my emails now. Absolutely terrible company, and would go as far to say it’s a scam.

Like many other I went for the 7 day fee of £1.90 then got scammed for the £29.90 subscription fee, very hard and sneaky to cancel. They highlight the Cancel button on their webpage which makes you think you are cancelling but you are actually cancelling your cancellation request. Disgusting practice! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Me han cobrado dos veces 29,90 euros, aparte de los 0,90 que pagué por descargar mi CV. Fatal, no se os ocurra pagar nada de aquí !!!

There is no option to cancel your subscription and the button to stop this doesn't work. I have had to block with my bank as it's been taking unauthorised payments from my account of almost £30 per month since I cannot cancel my subscription.

this company looks like a fraud, clearly I signed up for the 7day package of 0.90pounds and they charged me twice first was 0.90 and 29.90pounds I cancelled my subscription immediately, and send them a complaint. Hopefully I get my full refund. as I don't need this stress right now

Scammed me!!

I purchased the 7 day trial for £0.90 on 5th February. A £29.90 charge was visible on my card so I emailed customer service who confirmed it was just pending but will disappear when I cancel the trial.

On day 7 of the trial (the last day), on 11th February, I cancelled my subscription and took a photo of the “cancelled” page. After cancelling, I also noticed on my account than an invoice had already been created on 11th Feb for the full amount which was odd as this was the last day of the trial. I checked my bank and the full amount had infact gone from pending and into payments made.

I informed customer services immediately again that an incorrect invoice had been created and I was charged on day 7, this should not have been created and charged until day 8 if I had not cancelled, but I did cancel on day 7, so I asked them to void this as it was a mistake on their part.

They ignored my first email, so I sent two further emails the following days. On 15th Feb they responded an argued with me and told me I cancelled on February 14:
“You sent us your cancellation form on 02/14/2024, i.e. after the end of your 7-day trial period.”
This makes no sense as I’d made the contact with them on 11th Feb with the screenshot of the created invoice along with my cancellation confirmation screenshot. I emailed back and once again included the screenshot of my cancellation on 11th February.

On 16th February they responded with:

“Dear Customer,

Your 7-day trial period began when you registered, on 02/05/2024 inclusive, and ended on 02/11/2024.

You sent us your cancellation form on 02/11/2024, i.e. after the end of your 7-day trial period.

We are therefore unable to respond favourably to your request.”

On this logic, they clearly cannot count days and they only offer a 6 day trial when it is being advertised at 7?! This is how it should have gone:
5th Feb - Day 1 trial starts
6th Feb - Day 2
7th Feb - Day 3
8th Feb - Day 4
9th Feb - Day 5
10th Feb - Day 6
11th Feb - Day 7 trial should end at midnight (I cancelled before midnight)
12th Feb - Day 8 - invoice and payment for full amount should be taken.

They know they are in the wrong and want to keep my money.

I have now opened a fraudulent claim with my credit card provider to reclaim the money.

AVOID THIS WEBSITE. I wish I’d read the reviews beforehand.

would have given no stars if it were possible. Signed up for a 0.90 7-day trial and they took that plus 29.90 same-time fraudulent practice. Fraud company. I canceled right away and they're not responding. Avoid at all costs.

Absolute SCAM of a website.

It states nowhere on the site there is a charging fee of 29.90 - you have three options, 1) 90p for a classic seven days - 2) 1.90 for unlimited seven days - 3) 7.49 for a monthly subscription. As soon as i paid the 1.90 within minuets they took a second payment 29.90 - IRONICLY is states money back guaranteed on the website, which is a lode of rubbish. I have since emailed and left messages with no response. Looking at other reviews it says cancelling the subscription does nothing, I'm currently trying to get through to my bank account to get this blocked.

EDIT - the have come back to me, has anyone else had this from them? i hope they stick true to their word. I cant say i'm very hopeful as they arent saying about the 29.90.

charged me £29 instead £0.90 advised. Cannot log in and cannot see any invoice or charge details. Only found that on bank account. They are very difficult to reach.

Most AI sites are upfront about their model/fees - this one is not, it makes you give them all your details then lock them behind a monthly subscription paywall. Clear scammers.
