Absolutely pathetic company
Absolutely pathetic company. They keep cancelling your booking and then increase the price or probably give it away to someone paying more money even if they have already charged you. No less than a scam. Best to buy tickets directly from Airline or some other third party.

The worst booking website ever
The worst booking website ever. They made a huge error in my ticket that was not visible at all until i tried to add my trip to the airline to choose a seat. I spent 48 hours chatting and long distance calling with their customer service to convince them of their huge error. what if went to the airport to take my flight assuming that my booking was indeed what i chose and what the E ticket they issued to me says. I had to take a long trip to the airline office to convince them to implement the change, as the details used for the booking do not match my email or mobile numbers, and there is no way to verify it. Unprofessional and frustrating, and a very risky attitude. I am grateful that I thought about picking a seat, which is something I never cared to do before, just to spot the huge error that was not even shown on the e-ticket or in my account on their website. Avoid them at all cost.

We would like to clarify that, from our side, all necessary steps were completed immediately after receiving your request. According to the standard procedure for name or gender amendments, once the customer submits the request and completes the payment, we must send a formal modification request to the airline and wait for their authorisation. Unfortunately, travel agencies cannot make such changes directly in the airline’s system without this approval.
At this moment, we are still waiting for the airline to authorise the requested modification. As soon as we receive their response, we will immediately inform you via the email used during the booking.
Additionally, we have already escalated your case and are clarifying the possibility of refunding the amount you paid for the modification, given the delay. Our team is doing everything possible to speed up the resolution and provide you with an update as soon as possible.
