Following your request to change the travel date, a recalculation was submitted based on the airline's conditions and the fare availability at the time. Due to the extended waiting time for confirmation from the airline regarding the requested changes, the pricing available for the new itinerary evolved during the processing period.

Regarding the baggage service, our colleagues correctly informed you that, according to the airline's policy, additional services purchased with the original ticket are not automatically transferred to a newly issued ticket and are generally non-refundable. For this reason, an additional invoice for baggage was generated and made available in your personal account for review.

The first supplementary payment request, which included the applicable baggage service, was issued with a limited payment validity period of three hours, as required by the airline's fare reservation system. Since this payment was not completed within the allotted timeframe, the reservation expired. When a new payment request was later generated at your request, the airline's fare and ancillary service costs had already increased, which resulted in a slightly higher amount than previously quoted.

We completely understand your concerns regarding this increase. As the updated amount did not meet your expectations, the additional payment requests and related processing were subsequently cancelled, and a refund process for the payments already collected was initiated. The refund is being processed back to the original method of payment. While banking and payment processing times may require several business days, please be assured that we are doing everything possible to expedite the transaction on our side.

We would also like to clarify that your original ticket remains valid on the originally booked travel date, and you may continue to use it without any restrictions should you decide to travel as initially planned.

C’est pour cette raison que nous avons été contraints d’annuler votre réservation.

Concernant le paiement, nous tenons à vous rassurer : les fonds n’ont pas été débités par notre société. Ils ont uniquement été bloqués temporairement afin de vérifier la solvabilité de votre carte bancaire. Dès que nous avons constaté que l’émission des billets n’était pas possible, nous avons procédé le jour même au déblocage des fonds sur votre compte bancaire, et ceux-ci devraient déjà être visibles sur votre compte.
