Please note that sometimes the booking reference (PNR) provided by our system differs from the airline's internal reference. This is normal and both codes remain valid — one for our system, and the other for check-in directly with the airline.

Regarding your booking, we want to clarify that during the ticket issuance process, the airline had already sold out all available seats in the selected fare class. Despite our immediate actions to secure the reservation, we were unfortunately unable to complete the booking due to this sudden unavailability on the airline’s side.

As soon as it became clear that the booking couldn’t be finalized, we unblocked the funds tied to your transaction. Please note that, depending on your bank and the payment network, it may take up to 24 hours for the funds to appear back in your account. If you haven’t yet seen the refund, we recommend contacting your bank with the official confirmation we’ve sent to your email.

We understand your disappointment, especially when attractive fares become unavailable so quickly. While this case was due to an unforeseen limitation from the airline, your opinion matters to us, and we take your concerns seriously.

We confirm that the full amount you paid has been refunded to the same account used for the purchase. Depending on your bank, the funds should appear shortly if they haven’t already.
