Ordered the forever bracelets for myself and my other half, we love them! Easy to put on and they look so cute.

It’s very hard to find new places to purchase gifts and I had some really bad experiences with that so when I ordered a pendant with a photo printed on it I was a bit sceptical, but everything came pretty quickly and in a very cute box as well. So when my sister-in-law opened it she was like: Oh I like the color of the metal and the stone! 😹 She had no idea that there was a photo of her family printed on it so when I asked her to look inside she just cried, it was a unique moment!
Usually people don’t really know that the photo can be printed on a little stone and that you can look at it whenever you feel like it. So the idea of looking through the glass and finding your loved ones there is really a surprise.
Now I want one for myself, a bracelet I think :)
I saw other items like the one I purchased on some other websites but now I just know that this one is legit so yeah, I’m happy. Thank you
P.S. it was a nice thing to k ow that there are real people behind the customer service so all my questions were solved in a day 👍🏻

AVOID!

Purchased 2 infinity bracelets from this company, one ‘gold’ and one silver. They were both worn for 2 weeks after receiving and the ‘gold’ bracelet has started to tarnish at the clasp. Emailed this company explaining this with photos of the bracelet. No response after sending photos. I’ve now had to open a PayPal case and I have offered to return the bracelets for a full refund. The company has now responded to the case, asking me to return the bracelets at my own cost. I will be returning the bracelets at my own cost unfortunately. The service received from Allure has been terrible. Therefore, I’d advise any future potential customers to avoid this company and purchase elsewhere.

I am so grateful to Junaid at Allure. I had spent a year looking for my wedding ring, we even got married without rings because I couldn't find "my perfect ring"; I tried countless jewellers in England, Ireland and even the famous gold market in Dubai without any joy. I lost count of the amount of times my now husband stopped me from settling for a ring, he knew I wouldn't be happy with in the long run.
Then we found Allure and Junaid couldn't have been more helpful and so very nice. He listened more carefully than all the previous jewellers so he knew exactly what I wanted (without me even having a clear idea of my perfect ring!)
He seemed to understand how important it was for me and he didn't put the slightest bit of pressure on us - again as previously had been the case from other jewellers. I literally cried when he created my ring for me and cried again when I collected it. Everyone admires it but I absolutely love it (+ it was less expensive than we expected and most of the rings I almost settled for!)
I can't recommend Allure highly enough. All the staff seemed amazing but Junaid is definitely my hero 😊

The necklace is brilliant. You’re able to see the photo in the pendant quite clearly and you’re able to project it out using a flashlight. I bought this for my girlfriend and she absolutely loves it

When I made my order I’d put my address but then realised I wanted it to go to my neice in Canada direct it took a little while but got the address sorted and they’ve kept me informed thanks

Good experience received the correct order in a timely manner. One thing to remember always get the confirmation number so you can track your package. Also would help if they emailed you a receipt with that info on it.

I ordered a projection necklace for my mum for xmas which takes some time to be made. There was some sort of mix up with my order and when i contacted them i spoke to someone called Paul who was exactly what you expect from customer service especially if theres a problem. Anyways he took it personally to handle my order and make sure it got to me in the quickest time for which i am very grateful for considering it was so close to xmas and know they are busy. Very good company to deal with so thanks again.

My package got lost in the mail but the customer service handled it very well! They sent me the same product with no charge and i’m extremely grateful for that. The product is very well made and i’d recommend it to everyone that wants to have a sentimental jewellery.
