I cannot express how easy Allsup made my experience. Dealing with the VA makes my stomach cramp and I put off a badly needed rate increase for years because of that. A friend recommended Allsup and they handled everything beautifully. Highly recommend!

Every Rep was wonderful!
Never did I have a poor experience with any individual that I dealt with. Everyone was kind, responsive, professional and prompt to return calls if needed.
My personal rep, Dennis Teachout was always on top of things and never hesitated to be available and helpful. I'm happy to refer others who can use Allsup!

Our representative, Debbie Hensler, was absolutely wonderful. She was very patient and listened and heard what was being said. She gave informative answers to our questions. She was extremely mindful of the Confidentiality aspect; we sincerely appreciated that. She made this hard process easy.

My experience with Saul as my representative has been amazing. She goes out of her way to help me with the disability process and truly cares. I highly recommend Allsup and who ever gets the pleasure to work with Saul will not be disappointed!

I spoke with Nick in Customer Service today. Nick answered my questions quickly and shared information with me which helped me to better understand my LTD claim. I love his energy and eagerness to want to help. You have an excellent person on your team!

I am working with Cassandra Weber and she is helping me out with filing my paperwork for SSDI. I really hurt myself in January and at the moment I am in a rehab center cuz I'm having trouble moving my legs. So Xassie called me and told me to concentrate on myself to get better and she and her team will do whatever it takes to help me out. That really made my wife feel good that we have a team like Allsup to be on our side. As for me, I'm just thankful that Cassie made my wife feel a lot more at ease with our situation cuz I do not want my wife stressing out. She's my world, so again thank you very much Cassie, Jen and Regina for all of your help.

They abandoned me!!! In every way thinkable

Wow, what a wonderful,constructive,caring conversation experience this was . Debbie , made me feel like I've known her for years . Would like to write an acknowledgement of appreciation on behalf of Allsup, LLC. Their representation and customer service skills was always professional, helpful and courteous whenever I spoke with them on behalf of my claim. They always expressed a very pleasant attitude towards helping the concern(s) of Veterans.

Theresa and her team were great! They made sure all the correct steps were taken, reviewed what was needed and assisted with the submission of my SSDI application. What was suppose to take anywhere from 6 to 8 months to process, took only a little over 3 months to do so. I can't thank them enough!

Allsup supported me every step of the way for the SSDI process. Kimberly Clark patiently answered my questions and kept me updated during this time. If she was unavailable for any reason another Allsup team member was able to step up and answer my questions. I can't stress enough how helpful Allsup was and so thankful received a decision in my favor on first try

My health had failed me and I became disabled. Richelle Wiley was assigned to my case. She guided me through each step of the process when I filed for social security disability. Richelle was kind, knowledgeable, and patient when helping me with my questions. She let me know exactly what information was needed. I felt a weight was lifted from my shoulders because she handled my needs. I’m thankful I had Allsup during the one of the most stressful times of my life.

I want to give a shout out and Kudos to Amy Morris who has walked me through this process with patience and diligence. Amy is an asset to your organization and should be complimented for her sincere client care. I am grateful to have the opportunity to work with her.
