We live an hour outside the city and when we came to pickup the order, it wasn't even there (it was still on the way) and we had to find ways to use up time around the area before coming back to the shop.

We ordered a very large bulk order of lean ground beef that came in frozen, as was expected. Upon thawing and cooking we realized that what we received was regular ground beef due to the amount of fat that we had to drain. We were not impressed with the whole experience, especially paying lean pricing for regular.

We bought 3 tenderloin boxes and a couples meat package on Friday November 29th. , The tenderloin steaks are flat and tiny. Approximately 2 inches wide at the best and no silver skin was removed. ! The smoked beef sausage was sour and the TBone steaks were tough and had 2 inches of fat on some areas. They won’t answer any emails at all. Very poor.

Customer Service. Although there was a significant delay in the delivery, the owner explained to us properly why it was delayed and delivered it as soon as they can. A suggestion would be to improve the online order service.

I really like the strip steaks, the meat is very tasty and well portioned, so I am not too gluttoneous. I really enjoy going to this butcher. Excellent customer service and very nice products.

Was told the order was complete and ready to be picked up. When I arrived they had no idea what I was talking about the order was incomplete. Big language barrier.

Best place to buy lamb in the city. Great prices, good service and friendly staff.

Meat quality is very good.
Had butcher wrap most of my meat in butcher paper for longer term freezing .
Shrink wraped a few packages I would use soon. They don’t freeze as well longer term as butcher paper wrapped does.

Product is great! exactly what I ordered. However, it took roughly a month to fill the order. Three weeks after I had required it, so I had to go elsewhere to supply what I needed at that moment. Fortunately, We needed to refill our meat stock, so we were able use the overly delayed order.

Great meat. Exactly what I was looking for. Took a while to get a response after putting online order in. It would have been helpful to get a confirmation email after placing order with an indication of when order would be ready for pickup.

I was dealing with a very helpful person. I never got a whole lamb before, but it was awesome to see it all being cut and wrapped

price is on point and anything that facilitates those amazing prices are appreciated.
