Please do not order any item on AlliExpress / doershow pingo store. They are a bunch of fraudulent sellers. I bought my first pair of shoes two weeks ago and it arrived on time, no problem. It was just a honeymoon.
My second pair of shows, I paid extra for fast delivery to arrive today. I got a text message today that UPS had made 2 attempts to deliver today. I called UPS no attempted delivery to my house. On the website it said DHL delivery. Called DHL no such delivery attempt. Went on AlliExpress chat, the pair of shoes have not even been shipped. AlliExpress put me on hold and never came back and my time expired. I tried the chat again and the chat could not trace my order. I have spent 3 hrs of my time trying to track my pair of shoes.This shoe is online and was never sold out, so this is deliberate. My $78.38 is gone. I do not want you to loose your money. LOOK FOR ANOTHER GROUP OF SELLERS TO BUY FROM. Please let me know if you have another seller. This is fraud. Unbelievable. Tracking #81521543857

J ai commandé une montre sur Ali express.
Le vendeur sur aliexpresse est shop912499539 store,commande 3014313994708470 du 12 novembre 2021

La montre est arrivée assez rapidement, mais elle ne fonctionne pas.
J ai ouvert un litige, on m a répondu de renvoyer la montre pour le remboursement.
L adresse pour le renvoi est 43 rue de la vieille pompe étang salé
J ai vérifié pour retourner la montre, et l adresse se trouve à la réunion.
Les frais de port sont à ma charge, et les frais me coûteront plus cher que la montre.
Je l ai écrit au vendeur qui me répond par des emoticones, ou des " hi" qui n ont aucun rapport avec le litige.
Le vendeur met tout en œuvre pour ne pas rembourser.
Je suis un client assidu d alliexpress, et maintenant je n achèterais plus sur alliexpress. Les vendeurs sur aliexpress et surtout shop912499539 store sont très malhonnêtes

After sales customer service is bad. After you buy your products contacting customer service is hard, and poor services

Even tough they are charging you for Tax's, they are not complient with new EU Customs.
There is no custom service to contact with issues and Seller's dont really read what you are writing.

Terrible after sales service if goods become faulty.

I'm aware that not all people seem to have the best impression about AlliExpress.

However, as for me, I'm quite happy to find items on their website which are not easily available in my country, and on top of that at quite affordable prices.

The downside is that it takes 3 months for an order to come from China to Europe, and sometimes the package may even get lost. However, whenever I didn't receive my order, they did refund me.

Anyway, despite these issues, I will remain their client, since so far I'm quite satisfied with the products that I have bought from them...

I never received any of my packages. And they would not refund my money. Over $100 gone. Don't order from these people

Te venden productos muy malos y muchos falseados cutremente como los móviles con nombres y formas parecidas a los originales. Ejemplo, un s21, no un Samsung s21. Unos trileros.

Hice un pedido el dia 22 de dic del 2020 de un smartphone marca FIGI NOTE 11 PRO en la tienda FIGI Store oficial

Con envio CAINIAO Standard... abri disputa y al cabo de unos dias me dicen que esa disputa ya se habia cerrado y que como no quede en nada con el vendedor ya habian liberado el dinero....por lo que abri una apelacion de disputa.....El vendedor me dijo que el ya habia enviado el pedido y que ya se encontraba en mi pais desde el dia 22 de enero...y que el problema era de la empresa que entregaba los pedidos....pero no te dicen como se llama esa empresa aqui en mexico para poder ir a buscar mi pedido....me dijeron que fuera a la oficina de correos de mi pais...pero me dicen en CORREOS DE MEXICO que si mi pedido iniciaba con las letras LB que ya no recibian esos envios y que los recibe ahora une empresa privada....
para poder comunicarme con Atencion a clientes de ALIEXPRESS es una odisea por que solo te contestan maquinas que tienen una serie de preguntas hechas...
soy pensionado y jubilado y no quiero perder ese dinero que ahorre con mucho esfuerzo....
si alguen sabe como demandar a este empresa ALIEXPRESS MEXICO... que me diga cómo hacerlo
