Alliexpress and their Chinese associates are thieves. I bought an 11 inch tables with 16GB Ram and 1TB ROM and all I received was a plastic photo case that I wouldn't have for even 50p. I asked for a replacement or a refund and they keep giving me a false hopes. At first they said I'll have my refund within 48hrs after 3 days they said 24hrs after another 3 days they 48hrs again. I tried to call they lots of times for the pass 2 days on different times the phone rings but never been pick. Alliexpress is the worst in communication and there sellers deliberately send you something very cheap and you don't buy. They should not be allowed to do business or even to sell in the UK

Never buy nor recommend anyone to buy at AlliExpress. they are absolutely robbers. I purchased a few items, very expensive machines for my food business and I never received them. The first one was a commercial Fridge/Freezer. The seller hid the information about the thermostat/Wats and next day contacted me saying that he had the one I want but it would cost me an extra fee. When I asked him how much t would cost more he said £900.00, I cancel the purchase and I still waiting for the refund. The other one the lady sent me another different hot dog roller, machine different from the one I had purchased, This one at least I received the refund and the last one is a 25 litres, Large Capacity single tank hot dog fryer. They didn't deliver it to me, they lied saying that they tried to deliver it, they didn't put my address or my name, they used the Postnl to say that they tried to deliver, and they excluded the purchase from my orders, and I lost my money

Purchased a Teslong Articulating Borescope off The Reyuecam store.
Cost £130 plus £26 tax.
This incompetent store did not fill correct paper work in and I received a email the payment card off Border/customs to pay £38.03 tax.
I contacted this store and was told pay it and then send us invoice and we'll reimburse you.They went back on their word.I then put a complaint into PayPal uk and they have now sided on the side of this store.If you want to claim tax back you have to download pdf form fill it in then send it off.My printer has broken and the cheapest is £20 off Ebay. I can't be arsed to do this.
Avoid AliExpress.
I wouldn't like to pay over 1k off some store on here for a item and they haven't filled correct paperwork.

Lost parcel no refund can’t even speak to someone

Ordered 3 items through this app, parcels got combined in Netherlands in to 1 parcel and shipped to Ireland . Parcel got lost somewhere on the way. Opened Dispute on app , got refused as “no refund” due to parcel was delivered. Tried to contact customer support online, still no solution, no parcel no money. Very disappointed with the way how they treat customers and absolutely no interest to solve your problems, pushing you to contact post office your self, provide evidences and later - all what you get its standard automatic answers like “We are here to help you” “we tried our best” “we apologise for any inconvenience “
If you value your time, I suggest stay away from such service.

Should be -5 I've done it again first parcel came through, but failed delivery usuall as my own fault the customer service is AI we will help but it's the seller noT us biggest scam ever don't do it if only one person doesn't go there it may not be the company but it's their fault no help or delivery company has a few light handed who knows but allied rip-off will just get the expensive AMAZON BUT THEY WILL ARRIVE QUICKER better than loosing the items anyone gives 5+ are not buyers

Ordered a bike, had to cancel the next day due to unfortunate circumstances.
That happened a week ago and I’ve cancelling my order every 2 days since. The seller won’t agree to the cancellation. It states clearly that I have the full right to cancel and if the seller doesn’t agree the order will be cancelled automatically after 48h. This is total LIES they refuse to cancel.
This company is a joke BUYERS BEWARE. BUY FROM HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Update: the reply below is standard nothing happens. It’s now in the hands of the bank and police.
UPDATE: ITS NOW THE 28TH APRIL, they are still not allowing a cancellation. They are now saying it can’t be cancelled because its gone past a certain time frame, I’m still cancelling every other day, they can’t ship it as its no longer in stock, BUY FROM ANYWHERE ELSE BUT NOT HERE

Sie erhalten kein Geld und der Verkäufer antwortet nicht mehr auf Ihre Anfragen. Es ist nur Betrug. Kaufen Sie auf keinen Fall teure Produkte bei Alliexpress. Sie könnten einfach Geld verlieren.

Had already left a review on watch returned, messages sent back in Chinese, or cannot read, the watch was faulty returned lost in wherever who knows, wondering if I should have just played roulette. Please do not use these companies, the savings you think you might get are not worth it if you have a problem. Cost me £70 + return postage to find out,customer sevice is rubbish

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE avoid ALLI EXPRESS at all costs , i orderd 2 guitars at £126 each never came after 3 weeks so i contacted my bank and told them i had been SCAMED , the bank was NATIONWIDE , at Cannock West Midlands , i gave them the details as to what had happened and they got my money back from this gang of crookes THANK YOU NATIONWIDE

I have ordered multiple items, they put it all in one shipment and said on their website that it's been delivered to a pickup point, but no pickup point address was mentioned, I live in Belgium, I called the Belgian post and gave them a tracking number and they told me the package been in Holland for a month. I don't live in Holland.

Terrible firm I’ve had several things off this sender but never again just cheap parts that are not worth having avoid at all costs

it's taken over a month and a half to get my money back the people who are selling on this platform are nothing but conmen and as for there customer service they are as much use as a chocolate fire guard had to go through paypal to get money back then i had to send in all the screenshots i had with there customer services to show how much they had lied DO NOT BUY OFF THIS WEBSITE!

Pretty bad experience lately, with late deliveries

Alliexpress are scammers, they robbed myself of 35 euros for one defective item and for another one which I never receive it, I used to order from them for years but now I got scammed twice in one month and I will never order again from them.

Ok.i know the delivery times can be over a month but the majority for me is 2 to 4 week.. u want it cheaper than most, pay the price in delivery times,, i have bought literally hundreds of items off here with maybe only a couple of problems, which were refunded after a bit of too and froing of emails and a few week.. far less hassle than ebay.. buy direct,mostly cheaper than exactly the same stuff on other selling sites, jus wait a bit longer.. no probs as far as im concerned
