These people are scammers. They send their items from China without telling you. Then I order a 2x because I am actually a XL and the palazzo leather pants are made for a size 10. Then I try to get a refund and they only offer 30%. Then I say I want to return and they tell me to send to some place in Australia which is super expensive. These people just scam customers. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM ALLEN and Moore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a hat from Allen and Moore that arrived damaged because it was shipped in a flat soft bag with no structural protection. The hat was crushed during shipping and the leather was creased. It was also mis sized compared to the sizing listed on their website.

I contacted the company and provided photos documenting both the damage and the incorrect measurements. Their published return policy states that the seller covers return shipping for defective or damaged items. Despite this, they repeatedly told me that customers must always pay return shipping.

Over the course of seven emails I sent photos and screenshots of their own return policy showing that defective items should have return shipping covered by the seller. The company continued to refuse and offered only a partial refund or required me to pay return shipping.

The situation was only resolved after I reported the issue to the Shop platform and initiated a dispute with my Visa card.

Only after those escalations did they issue a full refund.

Based on my experience, customers may need to escalate issues through their payment provider if the company refuses to follow its own return policy.

100% bait and switch. The faux fur coat I received looks absolutely nothing like the coat on their site; what’s more, the sizing is insane. I am 5’4” and 100 lbs (usually a size 0 in US women’s sizing), and the size M coat I ordered is tiny on me. Returning the scam coat would cost more than holding onto it and getting a partial refund from this scam company. Do not order from this company. They are not legit.

This company is not a legit company. The shoes arrived three-four weeks after they were ordered in plastic wrapping, not a shoe box as they typically should arrive. I ordered a size 9 and received what looks and feels like a size 7. The shipment included a sizing chart that was not the standard american size. When I tried to return the shoes they gave me options, but all of them would end up costing me even more. Total SCAM!

Typical bait and switch pictures of merchandise. The actual product you receive looks nothing like the product you believed you were purchasing. Also, the sizing is totally too small for standard USA sizes.

This company is a scam. It took forever to get the leopard coat with big fluffy collar. IT WAS A RAT COAT. Nothing AT ALL LIKE THE PICTURE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! Then they wouldn’t take it back! The only refunded some of my money!!!!!!!!!!!

Wir haben 2 Jacken in L und XL bestellt.
Geliefert wurden 2 Jacken in 3 XL in absolut minderwertiger Qualität. Wir wollten sie retournieren, da sie nicht den Jacken auf den Fotos entsprachen.
Wir mussten die Retoure selber zahlen, da Allen and Moore behaupteten, sie hätten so ausgesehen wie auf den Fotos. Sie teilten uns eine unvollständige Adresse mit, die Retoure kam zurück. Jetzt haben wir aufgegeben. Die Jacken sind so minderwertig, dass wir sie nicht tragen.

Ich habe dort eine Hose bestellt in Größe XS. Die Hose, die mir geliefert wurde, hatte das Etikett S und war mir zu groß. Ich habe das dort gemeldet mit dem Hinweis, dass ich bitte eine Hose in XS geliefert bekommen möchte. Daraufhin hat das Unternehmen geantwortet, dass die Größe S, die sie mir geschickt hätten, eine XS sei und ich keine andere Größe von Ihnen bekommen würde. Als ich mich daraufhin beschwert habe, wurde nicht mehr reagiert. Sehr ärgerlich! Ich würde in jedem Fall davon abraten, bei diesem Unternehmen etwas zu bestellen. wo es keine Möglichkeit auf eine retour gibt!
