Easy to order my contacts online, all the selection I want, good prices, quick delivery. Couldn't ask for more. When there was an issue with a manufacturers supply I was able to have customer service deal with it quickly, cancel the order, and order something else all within the same day.

Avoid this scam company
Avoid this company, and only use UK opticians. It is an eastern European scam, based in Prague. They take an order and payment, then demand more money before manufacturing. They have no presence in the UK, and I have been onto rude Czech staff for days now, trying to get a refund.

Lenses colour wrong and wear uncomfortable
Lenses colour didn’t match what was on the webpage. But more importantly they were very uncomfortable. Only used 3 pairs. Wouldn’t last any more than 4 hours as I couldn’t handle the lenses being so uncomfortable

No communication, order cancelled
No communication while waiting for my contact lenses. When following up for an update, you get an email response via an AI Bot.
After waiting 6 weeks, was informed that there was a European wide shortage/delay, and the manufacturer could not give an updated delivery date. I had 2 months to organise myself a set of monthly disposables, howeveer due to lack of communication I am now under pressure, or be without contact lenses.
Alensa offered a really good price, but if you don't receive your products, no point in wasting your time. Order was eventually cancelled, and I'm hoping I get a refund.

The delay you experienced was entirely due to an unprecedented, European-wide manufacturing shortage from the supplier, which affected all retailers across the industry. Because the manufacturer was unable to provide us with an estimated delivery date, we could not provide a definitive timeline to you. We utilize automated updates to inform customers as quickly as possible when global supply chains disrupt our inventory.
As soon as it became clear that the manufacturer could not fulfill the product in a reasonable timeframe, the order was cancelled to ensure you were not left waiting indefinitely.
Regarding your payment, a full refund has already been processed and should now be visible in your account.
We offer highly competitive pricing by working closely with global manufacturers, but we unfortunately cannot control factory-level shortages. We appreciate your patience through this industry-wide issue.
