I ordered the Aurora LightPad MAX and received it quickly. There was something wrong with the cord and brick converter. After calling Alaska Northern Lights, they immediately resent a new light and included a UPS Return Label. Quick and easy. The light is awesome and I’m amazed at the brightness and power. Kudos for a job well done.

I love the lightbox I think it’s great. It has really done me a lot of good. The storage bag however, is really thin. I thought it would be padded, and it would protect the lights, but the thing that I got does nothing to protect the light box at all in fact, it ripped the first time I put it on. It really should be bigger. It’s very tightly fitted. Don’t bother getting the storage bag that goes with the large light box because it really won’t do you any good. I found out the hard way and ended up paying over $50 for it.

I didn’t know I needed this powerful, little lamp. My daughter suggested I try hers. I used it every morning, and by the fourth morning I was looking forward to sitting with it. Not only did my joy factor improve, but I sleep sooooo well! Of course, I had to buy one for myself. A wise and welcome purchase.

I ordered the stand for my 10000 lumen light box. Very sturdy and well made, and the telescoping stand can get the light to shine down on me while I work at my computer desk all day. The light really beats the winter blues, I just love it!!

This light so much brighter than any I have used before, also easier to set up than I expected! Have been sitting in front of it for 30 minutes for the last five days and am already waking up an hour to an hour and a half earlier than normal.

Really bright legit light. Not like the knock-offs on Amazon. This device was mentioned in a Yale publication for being validated to have the necessary lux rating at a manageable distance

I have used a northern light during the winter season for years. My daughter just moved to CO for her first full time job. Winters can be tough being inside all day. I ordered her a light but unfortunately it arrived damaged. Northern lights sent out a replacement the same day. Now that is awesome service for a tried and truly great product.
