Easy to setup! They walked me through re-configuring my system. In under 15 minutes, we configured and then tested all doors, windows & sensors and were up & running. I’ve tested response times by creating false alarms and consistently get called within 30 seconds.

Wonderful experience! Leann walked me through the process so that I had no unanswered questions. I've been an Alarm Relay client for many years now (my 4th location using AR) and am always amazed with the level of service you provide.

Everything went very smoothly included remotely setting up our alarm system.

The cost of the Cellular ad-on hardware @ $189.00 was much lower than other companies had quoted me. Also, the monthly monitoring cost of just $20 a month was the cheapest I could find for Cellular monitoring. I might add that their monitoring location is a UL (Underwriters Laboratories) recognized facility: You have the added assurance of third party review of their facility.

Of course none of this is any good if you can't make your old equipment work with the new provider. As an end user you will need to have I copy of your installer code, and also be able to convey the model number of your controller board. The sales staff was quite helpful in walking me through finding my equipment model number and I obtained my installer code from the original installer of my equipment several years ago.

I setup an over the phone appointment with them for my installation of the new hardware (cellular transceiver) and for programming my old system that was about one week out. Their installer Paulie was very nice, patient, and clearly walked me through the entire hardware installation and equipment reprogramming process. In 1/2 hour the system was installed, tested, and fully functional!

First rate experience with these guys, no reservations!

Well, it’s only been a few hours, so it’s hard to rate properly. I really think the price is very fair considering I had all the equipment already. Alarm Relay (from a sales perspecitve) has been great. The install today was good... but do you want constructive feedback to help you for your future installations? Tell the customer to expect wicked loud sounds, so if you have ear protection, it may be a good idea to have it ready. I have it, but I was totally unprepared to have the alarm blast in my ear for more than 30 seconds. THEN I had to endure the same thing when I tested the smoke detector. HELLO? Don’t you think it’s important to tell people to wear ear protection if they have it? I don’t really enjoy blasting piercing beeping in my ears! Lastly, tell people you’re going to test their smoke detector and to have a ladder ready to test it. Most smoke detectors are on the ceiling. The install guy was like, “ok, go test the smoke detector”. Yeah, luckily, I had my ladder close by because I’m doing some home renovations. But don’t you think it’s a good idea to inform people they’ll need a LADDER? Anyway, I’m still happy! But I’d like to give you constructive feedback so you go from good to great!

Best price, quick setup of existing alarm system. App interface works well and support has been responsive and helpful. Now using for second house I've lived in.

Responsive service, great technical support, good price, easy to get in-touch with. Will definitely recommend, especially for someone with the existing Alarm System in the house.
