Ground Transfers Anmeldelser

The driver was very good. Helpful and a smooth driver. I was glad he was our driver both ways.

Punctuality, a comfortable car and very polite driver

Driver was on time very polite and efficient and got us home in no time.

In spite of our flight arriving 40 mins late everything went like clockwork.

Seamless service. Driver Marius was very professional and efficient. My flight landed early and Marius was already at the terminal waiting for me.Felt very safe in the vehicle, no speeding or harsh acceleration and breaking. The whole process was very easy due to great communication.

On time, polite, helpful, knowledgeable drivers.
Lots of reminders and very helpful office staff, especially when an amendment was needed.
Only slight detriment was our return driver who, whilst very helpful, had a rather sharp method of driving, especially when changing lanes which made the journey a bit jerky at times.

Plenty of notification about timing and driver contact, both on outward journey to Airport and inward journey back home from Airport. Comfortable car and experienced driver.

Excellent driver, very punctual, efficient driving style, and good modern, clean car.
I would use them again no problem.

Excellent service. Easy to book online. The driver was on time, the vehicle was clean and luxurious. Assisted with loading and unloading all our luggage. Thank you!

Our outbound and inbound journeys to LHR were immaculate. The confirmation and the ongoing updates let you know that the system was aware of your need to know that things were under control. The presentation of the car and driver were first rate, and the journey felt safe and reliable. This is my first stop for future airport runs

Really good reliable service. Very nice polite helpful drivers. The mini bus was lovely and warm with temperature control. Jamel made us all feel special he was very attentive to my friend who was in his wheelchair, he made sure that he was comfortable and properly secured in. My friends went in the car and they were very happy with their journey. We will definitely use them again

Clean and comfortable vehicles, polite and friendly drivers, competitive and transparent quotes. Definitely recommended and will use Ground Transfers again.

Excellent company - would recommend. Smooth journeys to and from London Heathrow. Drivers arrived early, excellent communication, pleasant journeys both ways. We will definitely use Ground Transfersin the future.

Peter was polite, friendly and professional. Communication was great and prompt pick up. Car journey was very comfortable and pleasant. Would definitely choose this company and driver again.

I booked Ground Transfers based on the 5 star ratings on Google and I am pleased to say that we also had a 5 star experience. We were constantly kept informed about our booking, when the driver would arrive and who they were. The cars were pristine and the drivers very professional. I would definitely choose Ground Transfers again.

As per my review of the outbound journey on 27 November, this time Tamas was waiting for me at the airport (having kept track of the changed arrival) and navigated us past the several road closures to get us back in good time.

Great driver (Max), on time pick up and comfortable car.

Good communication and friendly calm driver. Perfect.

From initial booking with Oliver everything dealt in a very polite and professional manner. We had an Airport drop off and pick up.
Driver arrived a few minutes early. Car spotlessly clean. This is the second time we have used Ground Transfers and will definitely use them again.

Very punctual driver, helped out with the bags, smooth ride to the airport, good customer service with whatsapp and email confirmations keeping informed on arrival times
