Ground Transfers Anmeldelser

Fantastic company to travel with .
Paul was fantastic on the way up to the airport he couldn't of done more to make the journey more comfortable.
I didn't catch the name of the driver on the way home . He was quiet which I didn't mind as after a 9 hour flight talking is the last thing on my mind . The only down fall was after such a long flight all you want to do is get home but the driver took such a long route home it felt forever. Other than that a pleasant experience all in . Will use again .

Fantastic communication from start to finish. Very polite driver with clean and tidy vehicle.

Nice driver. On time, helpful.

First time used and reliable, very organised and quality service.

Brilliant service. Drivers were courteous, well presented, on time and lovely clean cars. The texting system lets you know who the driver is and how to contact them. Can’t fault the service. Thank you! Will definitely be recommending and using again.

Our driver Paul was brilliant and couldn’t do enough for us. The minibus was very comfortable and clean and I would use them again and feel very confident to recommend them to others

Driver was great. Got picked up on time and arrived in plenty time with no stress. Vehicle was spotless and comfortable.

Great level of contact so there was no fear of the car not turning up. Very professional drivers, very comfortable vehicles. Will be using again.

Driver was on time and was waiting for us. He took us straight to our destination. Car was clean

We used grounds transfer for the revival in early September. What a great service!!.

Will 100% be using them for next year.

Many thanks.

The company kept in touch with us every step of the way. Polite, smartly dressed, lovely air conditioned car, arrived on time. Carried our bags.

Very nice polite drivers. Made the journey comfortable and pleasant. Would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Gave these guys a try, they were fab from start to finish. Comms and punctuality all exceptional. Will be my 'go to' Airport taxi from now on.

Fast and responsive from start to finish. Great car and driver. Very competitive rates. An all around excellent experience and will definitely recommend and use again!

I found airport expert from TripAdvisor, based on the stellar reviews they received - glad that we have chose them.

Fast response to my initial enquiry and a late change to the timing of my booking (due to our travel company altering our departure time) was confirmed almost immediately.
Further confirmation was received the night before pick-up along with the driver's details, and again shortly before the appointed time with a live link to see the driver's position.
The journey was good and the driver (Adele) was friendly and courteous
Very happy to recommend Ground Transfers.

Super reliable, very friendly and great updates! Will be using again!

It was an excellent driving experience.
Great company.
I will gladly refer friend to Ground transfers.

Ground Transfer made our novice International trip a breeze. Ground Transfers has direct and precise communication between the Driver and the Traveler. I found the phone app "WSAP" was easiest form of communication - it was just like real time texting with the driver. Our driver was easy to locate right inside the airport terminal - driver was ready and waiting. It was very simple and I traveled with confidence in Ground Transfers.
