Ground Transfers Anmeldelser

Ground Transfers was super easy to work with, even though I'm in the U.S. They were helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Our driver, Darius, was on time and friendly. The cost was more than acceptable. Highly recommend.

Good pre-pickup communication, on time pickup, pleasant driver and very clean car. The entire process was excellent!

Timely courteous and safe, if a little expensive.

Would strongly recommend. Gave the best value quote for our trip to and from Heathrow/Gatwick. Cars were both amazing and drivers were early and easily contactable both sides. Very good service. We will definitely be using for our next trips away!

The driver was nice, drove well & he had water for us & if needed would stop for facilities m.

Our driver Peter was very proactive and communicated well when there were unforeseen delays. He was courteous, professional, and drove with care. We had plenty of time for our flight thanks to Peter.

Ground Transfers made our pick-up easy and stress-free, especially since we had an unexpected flight diversion/delay which caused a last minute change in our pick-up day/time. They worked with us to be sure our driver (Paul) was waiting when we finally arrived. Paul was so pleasant and helpful and the van was clean and comfortable. We will definitely use Ground Transfers for our next visit.

The overall customer service of the company.

I got all information, answers came immediately.
The driver was punctual, the car was clean, the ride very pleasant .
I was given very good advised in advance.

Great communication, punctual, and great Manor.

I am a repeat customer because the service is consistently excellent. I was provided Mr Alex's contact info the day before my trip so I could add it to my phone. He reached out when my flight landed and meeting in Arrivals at Heathrow was easy. He remembered my preferences from previous trips. The ride in his Skoda was smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend Ground Transfers to all my colleagues traveling to The area.

Driver (Alex) was very polite and helpful. The car was comfortable, and the trip went off exactly as booked. Would definitely recommend and book again!

The company kept us informed by email and text at all times. The driver ( Marius) was waiting for us at the airport arrivals lounge. The journey home was pleasant and the driver good company and very professional. Excellent service throughout.

Easy to book, clear confirmation, car was ready and waiting for pick up and very clean and comfortable. Great driver. Thoroughly recommend, we use regularly!

Tamas is a great driver. Good communication before the journey and stable on the road. I definitely want to recommend to my friends about this good experience.

On-time and courteous.

Excellent service. Driver let us know he had arrived and where we would meet him. Transfer was brilliant. Can’t recommend this company enough.

Used Ground Transfers multiple times and each time the drivers were punctual and professional. Not having to worry that a car will be there and getting to my destination makes a journey a little easier. Cars are clean and the drivers are attentive to my needs. I will be using them again soon.

Brilliant service .

Kept us informed at all stages
Peter was a very good confident driver
