Sorted my issue out immediately! Fabulous communication and customer service. Highly recommend.

Had a problem with my battery, sent an email to customer services who responded almost immediately and ran me through a few tests. Battery was faulty and are sending me a replacement, I couldn't be happier with the service.

I was having issues with my Aircraft mop. I was answered almost straight away. I am not very technical but Shane spoke me through some steps to try and resolve my issue . He was calm and patient and went through everything at my pace . Couldn't recommend this company and in Particular Shane s manner was both professional and friendly. I had bought this product for my sister and would highly recommend it and it's aftercare .

Having borrowed my daughter’s cleaner, I was so impressed I have purchased my own. Kitchen tiles had gone dull as in constant use by family and animals including gardeners who not take their boot off. The tiles are rejuvenated and the machine goes right to the edges. Excellent product which is easy to use. No more cleaning floors on hands and knees!

I contacted Aircaft regarding a problem with my floor cleaner. I received an immediate reply asking for proof of purchase etc. Every email was responded to with speed and professionalism, as was the problem with my cleaner. I returned it for servicing and received it back in just a little over a week in perfect working order I could not fault this company and I would highly recommend the Aircraft Floor Cleaner. I’ve been using a quite expensive mop whilst my cleaner has been away and my high gloss tiles have looked streaky all week. Back to my shiny floor now though! Thank you Aircraft.

Ordered a floor cleaner 7/1/21...was given the runaround from start to finish.I was told the machine was dispatched immediately-LIE Was told on 11/2/21 ''we have gone to great expense to ship your order'' I PAID £19.95 for delivery!! The appalling customer care is second to none. I had to ask 5 times for a full refund including reference to the Consumer Rights Act 2015.NEVER EVER AGAIN-STEER CLEAR
Edit : Had a phone call today from Guy who apologized for the lack of customer service. He appeared keen to make amends
and resolved the issues in a professional manner, after listening to me venting my complaints. I explained to him that the customer care team were the front window of his company and they had let him down badly.
5 stars for Guy and 1 star for the team, so will amend the stars to 3...

Best floor cleaner we’ve ever had!! Nothing else cleans the floor like it. Plastic inside machine broke I emailed and the company sorted a label for me to send it to them, fixed it and returned it to me free of charge! Amazing customer service Thankyou

Excellent product and very clean, polished floors. Excellent customer service from Shane - when we mislaid the small battery cover in the handle he arranged to send a replacement. Well done.

i ordered both the Powerglide and the Powerscrub. I had a minor issue with it and received an almost instantaneous response from Shane - who was very helpful indeed and the problem was resolved.As for the equipment - my floors have never been so clean and its so easy to use - love it

Excellent machine, with excellent aftersales service, I’ve had my aircraft for 18 months and it was in need of a service, sent it Monday and back with me in full working order Friday, thank you Shane for all your help

Absolute game changer!!! I have just purchased the Powerglide cordless hard floor cleaner and it is probably one of the best cleaning gadgets that I’ve ever bought. I have laminate and ceramic floors and it makes them look amazing, which with three dogs is no mean feat!!! I hand washed the pads although they can be machine washed....easy peasy.....Love it!!!

I contacted Aircraft by email and had a reply within 10 mins asking for my contact number. Shane from the company rang me and he coaxed me through solving the problem. I had recharged the battery for my floor cleaner and inserted it the wrong way round. It would not come out but with his help I did remove if and if is working fine now. Customer Service 10 out of 10 .

i ordered my polisher on from currys six weeks later all i had was a battery charger so went on face book and there was this review so clicked on it put what had happened and the next day Shane rang me and i told him sent him the photos' of the battery charger on my front door mat he know i had paid for it and the next day it was here i call that brill service and very pleasant and so helpful i had just lost one of my dogs so i was hart bracken and just been told i had ouster Arthritis and had been in so much pain so with one thing and anther i was well down and he made my day so much better as i had been to currys in Grantham and got no where contacted them on line as well told me the same old thing and still got nothing so all ended well thanks to Shane

Purchased Dec 19 and after first use at end January 20 found battery life always poor running fully charged for no more than 20 mins then after 9 months and used no more than 18 times battery would not hold a charge. Impressed after purchasing new battery to get a call from Aircraft explaining in view of light usage as a gesture they would refund my purchase monies for the new battery. Very helpful and sorted the problem in the best way.

I really love this product. It makes floor cleaning so easy and satisfying!!
I had a problem with it and contacted Aircraft regarding repair. They suggested I send it to them and they repaired and serviced it free of charge. I had it back in just over a week. Really exemplary customer service. I can wholeheartedly recommend both the product and company. Thank you.

Great product! Can't recommend the PowerGlide enough. It leaves my floors looking amazing! Also great that you can use any cleaning product of you choice in the machine. I would highly recommend it.

After a little problem with my product and a little miscommunication Aircraft have contacted me personally to sort out the issue. I really appreciate the help as I love this product and would be sad if I couldn’t use it again. Thank you
