i ordered both the Powerglide and the Powerscrub. I had a minor issue with it and received an almost instantaneous response from Shane - who was very helpful indeed and the problem was resolved.As for the equipment - my floors have never been so clean and its so easy to use - love it

Excellent machine, with excellent aftersales service, I’ve had my aircraft for 18 months and it was in need of a service, sent it Monday and back with me in full working order Friday, thank you Shane for all your help

Absolute game changer!!! I have just purchased the Powerglide cordless hard floor cleaner and it is probably one of the best cleaning gadgets that I’ve ever bought. I have laminate and ceramic floors and it makes them look amazing, which with three dogs is no mean feat!!! I hand washed the pads although they can be machine washed....easy peasy.....Love it!!!

I contacted Aircraft by email and had a reply within 10 mins asking for my contact number. Shane from the company rang me and he coaxed me through solving the problem. I had recharged the battery for my floor cleaner and inserted it the wrong way round. It would not come out but with his help I did remove if and if is working fine now. Customer Service 10 out of 10 .

i ordered my polisher on from currys six weeks later all i had was a battery charger so went on face book and there was this review so clicked on it put what had happened and the next day Shane rang me and i told him sent him the photos' of the battery charger on my front door mat he know i had paid for it and the next day it was here i call that brill service and very pleasant and so helpful i had just lost one of my dogs so i was hart bracken and just been told i had ouster Arthritis and had been in so much pain so with one thing and anther i was well down and he made my day so much better as i had been to currys in Grantham and got no where contacted them on line as well told me the same old thing and still got nothing so all ended well thanks to Shane

Purchased Dec 19 and after first use at end January 20 found battery life always poor running fully charged for no more than 20 mins then after 9 months and used no more than 18 times battery would not hold a charge. Impressed after purchasing new battery to get a call from Aircraft explaining in view of light usage as a gesture they would refund my purchase monies for the new battery. Very helpful and sorted the problem in the best way.

I had a problem with it and contacted Aircraft regarding repair. They suggested I send it to them and they repaired and serviced it free of charge. I had it back in just over a week. Really exemplary customer service. I can wholeheartedly recommend both the product and company. Thank you.

Great product! Can't recommend the PowerGlide enough. It leaves my floors looking amazing! Also great that you can use any cleaning product of you choice in the machine. I would highly recommend it.

Love my aircraft floor cleaner/polisher, it has transformed the look of my floors (all of my floors are wood, no carpet at all). Once you get used to the controls (I needed a call with customer services and they were brilliant and explained everything to me), you know with very little effort, your floor will look amazing

I purchased a PowerGlide unit for my house and the unit is just brilliant, dries super quick, buffs the floor to perfection and brings out a real shine in what are 8 year old tiles! Could not be happier with the product, great for the environment too with reusable and washable pads. They have knocked it out of the park with this one and look forward to more products release by AirCraft Home.

This little machine cleans 710 m2 floor in our church at least once a week. The fact that it is lightweight is much appreciated by our cleaners, and the speed at which it can cover so much floor space is appreciated even more: before we had the Powerglide, only 1/4 of the entire floor could be cleaned every week due to time pressures. And it is made in Britain, hurray!

Have had my aircraft floor cleaner for ten days now and I wish I had had it longer. It’s a great machine, quiet, quick to set up, simple to use and has left my floors, all vinyl, sparkling. As a person with chronic illness it’s given me more than just clean floors though, it’s given me a way to maintain my independence by enabling me to keep my home clean without causing me pain, difficulties or requiring the assistance of others.
It took a few tries to get used to its power/weight but for most physically able I’d say it’s very lightweight to manoeuvre.
Aside from the product though the reason for giving it five stars is also for the customer care I received. A website issue with my address caused a problem with placing an order but the owner was quick to reply to my emails, incredibly helpful at trying to find the solution and very generous with his time and care in helping create the order. My machine was with me within a couple of days and all the tips I was given meant it was ready to go with clear and simple instructions.
If you are looking for a machine to give you peace of mind, clean floors, is easy to use, store and care for with a customer service that means any issue will be dealt with then look no further than the aircraft

I have tried several hard floor cleaners in the past but often find they leave streaks or marks. Invariably, I end up on my hands and knees cleaning off and polishing the imperfections. Not so – my new PowerGlide. Just fill up, switch on and off I go. In the blink of an eye, I have a beautiful sparkling floor with virtually no effort. In my view, it is the best hard floor cleaner on the planet – bar none. I give PowerGlide 10/10 and recommend it to everyone

I love my AirCraft mop - in fact I had quite a panic when it broke as with 2 small children and pets, I have become rather reliant on it.
After emailing the company and detailing the problem (which was a small plastic part that has snapped) they diagnosed the problem and asked me to return the broken part.
It was returned fully working within a few days - with no additional charge for the repair. Excellent product and customer service.

I purchased an Aircraft PowerGlide floor cleaner after seeing it feature in an online video and I am so pleased I did. It is quick and easy to use and takes the effort out of cleaning large area’s. It does it in a fraction of the time in comparison to other methods. The thing I like the most is that it doesn’t leave your floor really wet or with smears.

After having an issue with the battery I received excellent customer service from this company.
