Good product, loved using it but the guarantee is 12 months. Mine suddenly stopped working after 18 months after that you may need a new battery which is £40 (1/4 of the price of the cleaner!)

Had my Powerglide 2 weeks and up until today it was a great product. However it has just stopped working completely. Battery is fully charged and fresh AAA batteries. Spoke to customer services and they are sending me a new battery but I honestly don't think that's the problem. Seller won't replace but will offer full refund so I have to send it back then purchase again which is frustrating as I go away in two weeks and wanted to reseal my floor which I won't be able to do.

Update on the above issue. I spoke with Aircraft and they sorted everything. They responded to emails promptly. Arranged a call back on a Saturday and overall I can honestly say I wish customer services were always this good. So from a 3 star review its now a 5 star within a week. Machine is all working again. Happy days.

We’ve had the Powerglide for less than a year and the battery stopped charging.

Emailed support on Sunday. Got a reply asking for more information within half an hour. Sent the info Monday morning. Had a reply confirming replacement parts ordered within an hour or so. Replacement arrived Tuesday morning. Brilliant service!

Absolutely love this product. Having tried many floor cleaners this one is by far the best! We have a busy household along with a puppy so the floors are cleaned on a daily basis. This product does a great job and is easy to use too.

I ordered my Power scrub on Thursday night from ACH and it was confirmed straight away. It arrived Monday Morning which was pretty good I also ordered a spare set of brushes as I intend to use one set for the kitchen and one for the bathroom These came at the same time
I have tried using all the brushes and am impressed with how quickly they remove grime
It is quite powerful There are 2 settings
I had a query today by email and they responded straight away Shane contacted me and was very helpful and gave me some useful tips about the different use of the brushes
Presently isolating with Covid so the perfect time to use! and I am sure I will get lots of use from it

Excellent customer service from Shane and the team. I had caused my device to stop working but they took it away and reset it and it is working perfectly again. I know now not to charge it the way I was!! Was lost without it!!

So my original review was a 2 following my powerglide suddenly stopping for what I saw as no reason. The team emailed me quickly and suggested what i needed to do. This i thought was great customer service as their reach out was unprovoked. My intention was to update my previous score because of the service. However I have since received 3 emails chasing me to upgrade my score because they get penalised by Trust Pilot for poor reviews. This in itself has undone their great service. Chasing someone to review their score is desperate and doesnt consider what the individual maybe dealing with in their life. For that reason I'm increasing my score but only to 3

We are on our second aircraft cleaner which cleans well but our problem has been the handle it will not click into the upright position
When we replaced the first one we started lifting it from the underneath today it has just happened again
Has anyone else had this problem?

Excellent customer service provided by Shane, I had an issue with assembling my recently bought PowerGlide and he couldn’t have been more accommodating. Excellent product too, would recommend this product and company.

I bought an aircraft powerglide after seeing it on This Morning, I absolutely love it! One of my best cleaning purchasing saves so much time and leaves my white tiles gleaming!

Extremely pleased with the service I have received from this company. My emails were responded to promptly and guidance given re packing up and sending off for repair. Kept up to date that my AirCraft was repaired and when to expect delivery of item, and email of delivery timescale within an hour time frame. Very happy. Appreciated the phone call to explain that I’d inserted the power pack upside down and how to rectify it ( don’t judge me, I was in a rush) 🤣🤣 Thank you.

This aircraft is a life saver in my home as I’m tiled all the way through . I had a little issue with it nothing major and contacted aircraft , they responded within in 5 minutes . I then received a call . The guy was called Shane and was amazing I sent a video to him and within 2 minutes he called me back and he said he would send me a new one the following day . Infact iv never had a company so efficient and so lovely to speak to . Amazing product and amazing company 💯

I absolutely love my Aircraft Powerglide, unfortunately had an issue with the battery which may have been my fault.
One email, a very quick call back from Shane, talked through the issue, tried a couple of things and a new one is in the post.

Had an issue with my recently purchased floor cleaner. Suspected a faulty battery or charger. Contacted AirCraft by email, Shane responded very quickly. Three days later a new battery arrived FOC arranged by Shane. Battery on charge, working a treat.

I had a problem with my Aircraft which was entirely my fault by getting my phone charger wrapped around it. I contacted the help team and had a very quick and helpful responsive from Shane.

Great customer service and very helpful

I love my Aircraft products. I have two PowerGlides and two PowerScrubs, as we have two bathrooms plus student and elderly relative homes to care for, and I would not be without these tools. I'm not very good at cleaning, but these tools make unpleasant tasks so much easier and quicker, and do such a good job. I was particularly impressed by how the PowerScrub cleans up grout on floor tiles, and deals with the gruesome family shower. Also, how easy it was to clean my kitchen bin cabinets.

I have had a couple of issues - firstly with a PowerGlide battery, and then one of my PowerScrubs somehow getting water inside, but both problems were quickly resolved by the excellent customer service team.

Thank you so much AirCraft. Your products have paid for themselves many times over, and I can't wait to see what you develop next.
