Ease of use and a ton of date
Airbtics is easy to use and I like the ability to customize my neighborhood. It provided a significant amount of analytics to help me with the financials for my business plan.

Decepcionado con el Pro Plan
Después de haber contratado el "Pro Plan", veo que no difiere prácticamente en nada al "Free Plan"
Solicito reembolso y, además de que tardan en contestar, no lo realizan ya que consideran que he superado el número de búsquedas para dicho reembolso.
Cada búsqueda de un barrio cuenta como una región, y al ser búsquedas muy imprecisas, estás obligado a realizar varias dentro de la misma región.
Este servicio está muy lejos todavía respecto a sus competidores (ej: AirDNA).

Brilliant experience!
Due to academic research, I tested several tools that analyze and collect data from Airbnb. I can say that the Airbtics platform was the best one I tested. I noticed reliable data, even for smaller markets such as cities in South America. The layouts are easy to understand, and the data analysis and cross-referencing are valuable.
The FAQ helped me several times, and when I needed support from the team, I was extremely well assisted.

Deceiving trial
Careful with the "Trial" as a region is not what you would expect. You need to read the definition which basically mean that a region is a "query" making most of the trial periods not being refundable

Useful analytics dashboard
I will say that Airbtics is good enough for a small size vacation rental management company. During the demo, they showed me data for my area and it was pretty spot on in terms of prices and occupancy.
