Not clear and not user friendly. The system always took long to load info and is very unplessant to even after having paid the higher subscription... several features were still locked.

I have found the Airbtics Airbnb analytic report for a property I was considering buying incredibly useful. I have firmed my decision based on the comprehensive report generated for me. I helped me take the guess work out of my decision with real world figures of income and occupancy.

Not easy to use. If you cannot filter out house/apartment not similar to what you`re looking at,the issue is that you`re going to compare your apartment with others that are not really on the same size/quality/positions.

That functionality should be available once you buy the premium, but it`s not

Overall not bad but there are points to improve vs. competitors

So far so good, but after spending over $500 AUD and still needing to spend more money for more functionality, it doesn't feel like I'm getting much value at all unfortunately and wouldn't be able to recommend this product. I'll have to look at AirDNA for a comparison.

I find appealing their approach on STR data. They have some comparison and datasets that you will not find other way.

Easy to use and pretty helpful information.

Filters only go up to 6 bedrooms, so not particularly useful if you are managing very large homes. Paid for a full year subscription for something I can’t use. Reached out to support for a refund and no one ever got back to me. Maybe this will get their attention.

customer engagement was effective. The self draw search feature for defining a market is great.
The report was nice however had a lot of white space for the amount of data provided. I am a very data driven person so i would like to have more data to include time series of all major indicators for trend estimation.
