really clean interface and very targeted data presentation. there was enough premium unlockable features to tease but not so much that you don't get anything out of the free features. there was a little difficulty in the search feature on mobile as it picked up an individual address and loaded it in for comps, but otherwise very good experience.

I’m currently using the Scale Mode for our general search to analyze Tokyo Minpaku’s market performance. Overall, the app provides an excellent user experience: it allows us to select specific locations, compare the performance of individual blocks, and identify areas that align with our investment strategy. The tool offers valuable insights into regional competitiveness and asset scarcity. However, integrating additional OTAs in the future would further enhance data accuracy and depth.

Accuracy was not amazing, but it gives you an idea. I confirmed with my own Airbnb and those of friends. Just expect some variability.

In addition, when you cancel, there is no confirmation email. So expect potentially another bill after cancellation and customer service who will do nothing about it.
