Ordered a cap which was £70 and £15 delivery, wore it outside when it started raining and when got back home placed it to dry, went back to wear hat next time and has shrunk soo much it is not even wearable. Emailed them and when the do reply they say should not wear out when it’s raining. Crazy for a brand to provide such poor quality and poor communications as offen just ignored my emails.

Wost experience. I bought a cap and it was just flat like a brick. In the pictures it look way different. And i paid 20 bucks for shipping plus i cant even get free return back. And i can't get money back they only give store credit hahaha

They don’t care about customers. Takes weeks to even get updates on orders. Don’t shop there - not worth it, even the sales.

J’ai renvoyé un produit dont la taille ne m’allait pas, en plus de la qualité médiocre du produit ! Même Uniqlo fait bien mieux pour 5 fois moins chère … Les frais de port à la livraison sont déjà facturés 15€, la marque vous annonce qu’elle conservera 20€ sur votre remboursement au moment du retour. Sur un produit dont le prix est de 90€, j’ai finalement lâché 35€ dans la vent.. la blague !! Je viens de le renvoyer donc j’attends de voir le délais de remboursement mais au vu des avis, j’ai peur … n’achetez pas chez eux, consommez des marques qui ne vous volent pas sur la qualité des produits et les frais de livraison / retour !!

Disgraceful excuse for what I wouldn’t even describe as customer service. They simply do not care what happens once you’ve made your purchase. For a premium brand who’s prices are so inflated, and shipping costs beyond belief, this is really disappointing.

If I could give 0 stars then I would. Premium brand with a customer experience that is beyond poor. Purchased an item in the sale, immediately discovered that someone else had purchased the same item and asked to swap. Was told no. The item hadn’t been allocated or picked, never mind dispatched but not possible. Instead they chose to send the goods knowing that I would need to exchange or return, but according to the site, no exchanges or returns on sale goods. They could have fixed it and chose not to. No value for customer.

The customer service is just pathetic. It's been a month since winning the draw of New Balance 550 ALD 'Oxford Taupe' but I haven't received my shoes yet. After multiple requests on the status of my order, they provided me a DHL tracking number 2 weeks back and it's never updated since then. The company can try to be sustainable by just cancelling the order if it's not shipped, but looks like they just dont care about their customers. I would highly request people to avoid this brand and look elsewhere.

At a moment I tought I bought a Tesla, ALD items come from Mars. So don't worry if you pay 15€ for delivery and it takes 3-4 weeks

I will never ever order from them again. 20 euro shipping fees and another 20 incase of return, plus you don't actually get a refund but a store credit instead.

Ordered New balance 550s a good while ago. Since then there has been no communication on the status of my order. I understand there are delivery delays but what I don't understand is a company dodging my emails and not contacting me about when I will be getting my order.

J’ai retourné 400€ d’articles car ce n’était pas la bonne taille, j’ai demandé un remboursement car ma taille n’était plus dispo sur le site, après + de 2 mois toujours rien et le service client ne veut rien savoir et refuse de m’envoyer la preuve de virement. Ils ne sont absolument pas coopératifs. Vraiment des escrocs, j’ai tout fait dans les règles et pourtant je me fais avoir, je ne recommande absolument pas

I bought a pair of NB 550 off a guy who bought the shoes on ALD. He bought them last month and I've literally worn them 20 times or so. The lining and glue have already gone up and they refuse to replace the shoes because I wasn't the person who bought them from their store - which I've told them is a criminal act as the warranty is still intact.

After waiting over 4 weeks for a t-shirt I contacted customer support. They told me my product was out of stock. They offered me a refund which I had to take as they didn't offer anything else.
I then went to spend the money at a later date including a giftcard and it didn't have the money on because it wasn't reinstated. I tried to spend the money in store in the UK so I didn't have to deal with delivery, they told me this was not possible.
All together a very bad experience when you consider that the t-shirt was £90.

Hace más de un mes participé en un sorteo de unas zapatillas para lo cual seas o no seleccionado tienes q pagar por adelantado, me comunicaron el día 24 de Junio q no había sido seleccionada y q me reembolsaran mi dinero en 2-5 días, a día de hoy y después de ponerme en contacto con ellos dos veces, ni tengo zapatillas ni tengo el dinero, 160 euros q me han estafado, ni han sido capaces de contestarme.
