There is no refund so don’t even think about refunding it. They scammed us and we lost £68

Een mooie trui binnengekregen, maar na 1x wassen begon de trui heel erg te pluizen. Ik heb gemaild met het bedrijf en kon hem niet terug doen en kreeg mijn geld ook niet terug. Erg slecht vind ik zelf.

Got this as a Christmas present, it was a late delivery but I don’t feel anything wrong with it at all it’s a nice fitting and feeling shirt.
If the shipping was faster I would honestly give it a 5 star review

Absolutely horrible experience with this company. Pre ordered 1 sweaters, received it almost 3 weeks after the original date the preorders were supposed to be shipped. Tried the sweater on happend to barely fit even tho its my size and the quality felt really bad so i wanted to return. They told me thats okay. They tell me I have to ship it to there supplier in china at my own cost. That is an absolute scam. That would cost me more than €50. So i tell them that thats not okay. They offer me a 20% refund + keeping the items or returning at my own expends. So i agree to the offer. Havent heard from them since and havent received any money either. That was weeks ago.

So dont believe tiktok and dont buy from this brand. Quality is bad. Shipping is bad. Customer service is horrendous.

Fake shop from China not Sweden, as pretended on the homepage. Delivery takes 7 weeks and goods are of very poor quality. Returns are on won expense and cost a lot of money. Still not sure, if I finally get at least my money back.

The sweater arrived and the quality is good. Since it was a pre-order, the delivery took longer than expected, which was my only concern. Other than that, everything was fine, and overall it was not a scam.

15 dagen geleden een trui besteld waarbij vermeld werd, dat we de trui binnen 48 uren zouden ontvangen. Echter hebben we nog niets ontvangen en staat de status nog steeds op besteld. Ook krijg ik geen antwoord op meerdere mails, waardoor het lijkt alsof het een onbestaande winkel is...

Ik heb een trui besteld een maand geleden deze is nog steeds niet binnen ik heb 2 weken geleden een track and trace code gekregen maar die blijft op hetzelfde hangen meermaals een mail verzonden maar ik krijg 0 reactie erop

Sto aspettando un maglione, come regalo di Natale x mio figlio da parte di mia sorella, ordinato e pagato il 03/12/2025 e ad oggi non è arrivato nulla. Nessun messaggio, nessun tracciamento della consegna, solo silenzio. Mia sorella ha provato a scaricare e registrarsi forse sulla loro App che le ha mandato il messaggio di consegnato oggi, ma in realtà così non è!!!! Ho scritto poco fa una mail risentita, ma la risposta automatica è arrivata immediatamente e mi informava che entro 1 o 2 giorni lavorativi mi risponderanno in merito! E chi ci crede! Ormai siamo a Natale! E si mi hanno rifilato proprio un bel PACCO!!!!
Aggiornamento del 08/01/2026: volevo informare che in data 05/01/2026 nel pomeriggio, quindi un mese dopo l'ordine, mi è arrivata mail di avvenuta consegna del pacco dal corriere Gofo Express c/o l'indirizzo che avevo indicato, ufficio dove lavoro e chiuso x ferie fino al 6 gennaio. Il pacco è stato lanciato nel cortile dato che il cancello era chiuso, l'ho prelevato il 7 gennaio e il maglione all'interno era umido dopo quasi due giorni all'aperto!! Il Corriere aveva il numero di telefono e poteva avvertire oppure potevano mandare tracciamento x riprogrammare la consegna! Non si lavora così!!!

I bought a sweater and wow the quality is amazing, shipping went fine

The pants I bought were of poor quality and they scratched so much that you can't wear them. When I wanted to send them back I had to send them many emails to get permission, but when I finally got permission it cost the same as the pants themselves because they needed to be shipped to China

AZIENDA POCO SERIA HO ORDINATO DUE MAGLIONI MAI ARRIVATI ANZI DAL TRACCIAMENTO RISULTANO ESSERE CONSEGNATI A MILANO E NON A ROMA.HO CONTATTATO PIU' VOLTE L'AZIENDA E LA RISPOSTA E' STATA QUELLA DI DIRE CHE LA COLPA E' DEL TRASPORTATORE, INCARICATO TRA L'ALTRO DA LORO, E CHE QUINDI NON POTEVANO FARE NULLA. IO MI RITROVO AD AVERE PERSO 160,00 EURO PER LA POCA SERIETA'

Fast delivery and good quality, but really hard to return and the return almost cost me more than the sweater itself.

The quality is perfect and I love the fit of the sweater.
