Bought a sweater from here. Sizing is correct, made of good material, got lots of compliments. Took a very long time to deliver.

I bought the sweater and I really like it, it is very good quality and it goes well with everything. Would strongly recommend. The shipping was also great and in time.

Damn, i bought the original knit a while ago, the compliments doesn’t stop flooding and girls love it, 10/10 you should drop more shirts!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY

Avoid this company at all costs. The items they sell do not match the descriptions or images in their listings. I contacted their customer service team multiple times, but weeks have passed without any response. I’ve now had to raise a claim with my bank.

Absolutely avoid!!!

I usually do not write reviews but I am so frustrated. Ámedorèe is a SCAM! When returning a parcel they ask you to wrongly label the package so that they do not have to pay taxes and customs fees on the parcel and can make you pay it. My return parcel has been held in Swedish customs for over a month and they are not doing anything to help me. I am now having to go through my bank in the hopes that I get my money back. The customer service is appalling, they honestly could not care less about customers. Trust me do not buy!!! Also the jumpers are a really weird itchy material.

After reviewing this, it’s clear that our return instructions around customs weren’t explained well enough at the time, which led to confusion in cases like yours. That’s on us.

For clarity, any guidance we provided was intended to ensure the parcel was correctly identified as a return, as returned items should not incur customs charges. However, we understand that our instructions may have been unclear or misinterpreted, and we take responsibility for that confusion.

We’re already fixing this by introducing clearer guidance and prepaid return labels to avoid issues like this going forward.

I’ve also reached out to you directly and issued a full refund to resolve this.

Regarding your feedback on the jumpers, we appreciate you sharing it. We’re currently improving the quality, thickness, and overall comfort for our Autumn 2026 collection.

The sweater fits me well

The sweater fits me well, and I like the look of it, but the material is cheap (branded dropshipping), and it took 3 weeks to be delivered.

Overal, the looks and fit are good, but if you pay 85 Euros for a sweater, I expect quicker delivery and most important, premium quality.

Good quality

Good quality, I live in the Netherlands, and the sweater arrived within a week. I'm 187cm and weigh 75kg, and the fit was perfect!
I ordered a size L just to let you know.

Customer support is amazing, you don't need to wait long on a response and all the clothes are amazing to wear and overall comfortable.
