I notice they never give a telephone number hence will never trust them.

This company is a complete scam. There is no Aiden’s shop in Kildare. I bought a coat for €80 which was advertised as being reduced from over €300. I got totally sucked in!! It arrived today from China, taking almost 3 weeks. It is undersized, a really bad fit in every way and very bad quality. I’m not even going to put myself under the stress of endeavouring to get a refund as I know it won’t happen. I would strongly advise staying clear of this website!

I've had same experience as everyone else. How are they getting away with it, so many people scammed, including myself. Do not buy from this scam. I got my money back from my bank, but this scam company in China is raking money in and does not refund you when you don't want to keep the chappy stuff they send AVOID AVOID AVOID 😒

Aidens Kildarer is now my favorite online store! Clarar & Maeve clearl put a lot of effort into their collection. The dress I ordered look exactly like the pictures and the quality is outstanding. Delivery was quick and everything was securely packed.

I bought jewellery from a store in Kildare closing down. Jewellery arrived 2 weeks later, quality is absolutely rubbish and return address on package is England!
I have emailed twice looking a refund but no response yet.

STAY AWAY! This is a total scam!!Similar to other reviewers, I’ve been scammed! They posed as a small Vancouver, BC Canadian boutique which was said to be closing its doors. Their sizing is weird so I asked if I could come try on for size. They answered that they don’t have a store front - despite the picture on FB and the sob story about having to close down after having a long successful business. Should have been my tip off! Total BS! Stupidly ordered a jacket which was poorly made and waaaaaay too small. I also ordered a simple sweater which is fine. Offered 15% discount on further merchandise and to keep the coat in exchange for no shipping! Their site and my communications by email assured me there was a 30 day refund guaranteed. Now they’re not answering! Feeling stupid and taken advantage of! Going to do better research next time! Will try to get something from PayPal.

Sent a faulty coat, sizing way off, wonky hem. Informed customer service, kept offering me 10% and 30% voucher to keep the coat. I explained it was not in wearable condition and was faulty. Told I am liable for the cost of sending back to China! Total scam company. Fingers crossed I get my money back.

This is the worst make believe company I have ever dealt with. Please do not purchase. No customer care at all. Scammers indeed.

Extremely poor quality and when trying to contact no response certainly not a reputable company

As has been pointed out this place is a chinese retailer posing as an Irish company that sells low quality tat. My elderly mother ordered two coats for a bargain price and upon showing me the site I clocked it instantly with its ridiculous AI generated front-end. 24 hours later she received a shipping notice from a courier called 'Yan-Wen'. Can't say I've ever heard of them in Kildare!

I would give this 0 stars if that option were available.
Most poor quality. My coat was supposed to be made from wool …. Utter rubbish! No way to contact the company by phone. A total waste of money!!

Rubbish quality - wrong sizing of clothes - refunds to China at customers expense - absolutely nothing to do with Kildare, Ireland. Avoid this scam re - closing down sale

Well how interesting seeing this post. I was totally scammed buying the same jumpers from a company called Fennels- London.
The quality was absolutely rubbish, unfinished and not worth the money. There wasn’t a label on the garment at all or washing instructions don’t be fooled into buying this rubbish that is made and comes from China. The original price is a complete lie! I too was offered a 40% refund, which I’m still waiting for, instead of sending it back. They did mail me an address but the cost of sending it back to China would be more than the cost of the jumpers. I don’t know how these companies get away with these scams!
Unbelievable!!!

A total scam, very poor quality contacted Aideans today on receiving the package unhappy with items was offered a 30%refund instead of returning the items,if I choose to return items have to meet the return costs to China.
Please do not buy from this company

NP as I paid with PayPal went through their resolution centre and was offered 50% refund and to keep the items by Aideans which I accepted.

This is a scam, they are not based in IE and their clothing is terrible quality.

Aidans does not exist in Kildare. My PayPal account was debited twice by Global Services in China. Total lies from start. I never sanctioned the second PayPal payment. PayPal allowed both, even after confirming cancellation of the payment I sanctioned. It's PayPal that surprises me because Global Services is scamming people for so long they now advertise as local Irish shops. Only the payment shows its Dl Global Services. Why does PayPal deal with scammers. I spent €150.

This is a scam. The coats I ordered are completely different to the crap that they sent . If I could upload the pics of the products I received in comparison to the products I ordered....it is clear this is a scam company

Scam site from China, do not buy anything! I didn't buy anything but it's very obvious a scam site.

I found quality is very much poorer than it looks on the website I order a number of different items thinking I was making a good saving on nice quality items but this is not the case I won't buy from them again
