Moving to Petinsure
Moving to Petinsure, my dog is now 2 yrs. there are so many things he is not call insured for , for at least 18 months , I hope nothing happens in that time frame.
Would it now be more useful to get a vet to say he has no difficulties in these areas & then when u join , he can be insured immediately?

These were outlined to you over the phone with one of our agents before your purchased the policy and also in your terms and conditions that your received with your quotation and when the purchase was complete.

Everything went smoothly,the price and…
Everything went smoothly,the price and the cover is the same (+- a few €/year) but they have a very responsible support team. Signing up requires only a few minites.
The only one issue (more likely a room for improvement) is the website and the possibility to manage everything online.like for changing a direct debit i had to make a phone call which is a bit old school.

Excellent service !
This was my first claim and as with most insurance companies I expected some pushback but I was pleasantly surprised at the quick and efficient response and I have received my payment back into my bank account less the excess within a week of submitting my claim ! Thank you Pet Insure for making this easy !
