Difficult transferring money into my Afin accoint
Easy to create an account and staff friendly. The only problem was that inexact instructions made transferring money difficult, made even worse by error messages that did not explain or direct the user as to what to do to solve the problem/s

Got a fraud alert from my bank
Easy to open a savings account (recommended by martin Lewis) although I did get a fraud alert from my bank, which put the fear of god into me. I hope it's a genuine bank and will do what it says it will.

Easy to open an account, even with document upload required to verify identity and address, being able to photograph documents and upload immediately made the process very quick and easy. Very quick responses in the app too - highly recommended!
