Impressive rate of interest. Speedy confirmation of transactions. A little “clunky” to log into account.

Mostly straight forward to open a online account.

Great user experience; easy to open another account as an existing customer. Managing your accounts is easy using both online banking & app. And rates are generally good :-)

Poor experience due to concerning lack of customer care from Oxbury.

Opening accounts via the Oxbury online system was more long winded than the vast majority of the competition. Their product T&C's are not well written enough and don't cover circumstances that some customers would need to know about. When I encountered issues I wrote to Oxbury and never received a reply.

I opened two different accounts over a period of a year or so and experienced various issues that lead to the ultimate closure of my most recent account. It's surprising that a company would not want to retain customers with not-insignificant sums invested, but the experience I had speaks volumes about how they operate.

More was expected from a company that announces its so-called care and commitment for a better world for farmers and the economy.

It seems you can't print an online statement using customised dates which I think is essential when there's frequent payments in and out. However the interest rate it good so I'm putting up with this issue.

It is very difficult and time consuming to contact a human at Oxbury Bank. I am unable to deregister the mobile associated with my account. Th app keeps asking me to login for the Recovery but never logs in.

Very easy to open an account. The phone app/online web site are very intuitive and easy to navigate. It also feels good knowing your money is being put to good use while invested.

Oxbury Bank Easy Access Bonus Rate Summer Saver 1 - this was only on sale for a few days, thankyou to Money Saving Expert for listing this account - great interest rate until 24th December when I will move my money out and close this account!

Very easy process to apply and open account, good app with a few easily fixed limitations:

You can only have one nominated account to send withdrawals to, I can live with this but it would be good to be able to withdraw to numerous accounts.

On log in, and when making payments out, the app presents a customer intervention to "Authenticate" before requiring a PIN number input, this "Authenticate" step is unnecessary, the app could go straight to "Authenticate with PIN number" - please update your app.
