Compre un pasaje desde Bariloche hacia buenos aires me cambiaron el vuelo sin permiso de 3 horas y me cambiaron el aeropuerto de llegada eso me hará perder una conexión internacional
Mi agencia se comunica con ellos y yo también y la respuesta es que no les importa porque el cambio es solo de 3 horas solo 3 y que ellos pueden cambiar el aereopuerto de llegada así que no tengo derecho a un cambio sin costó ni aún reembolso

Today I went to an Office in Buenos Aires to cancel a flight.
I gave a lady my booking code - she said I have to cancel it online to receive a refund, she is not able to do.
10 hours later, I tried to cancel online and my booking is no more available.
Think she canceled and my refund is gone 👎👎

Seriously, these people are scumbags. They take your money and don't take you on the flight. I wanted to go from Argentina to Mexico and they said i need a ticket from Mexico back to Germany otherwise I cannot join the flight. I told them I plan to go to the US after that but they did not care lol. Generally I have to say that Argentina is totally trash. I have never seen such a dirty and messed up country.

Hi I have been in contact with this person( see below) for months and now he is not responding now that I wish to use my credit. I am owed a credit for over $800 for my husband and I's unused ticket and was told we could use our ticket and now this person, the only person I have been able to reach at the airline, is not responding to any of my emails. I have been outreaching for 2 months with no reply. I feel as though we have been scammed and I need this issue escalated.
Person I have been in contact with and who is now ignoring me: Maximiliano González.
Issue: I have an unused credit of over $800 I wish to use and no one will respond for me to book a new ticket using my credit.

Argentina airlines-avoid them if possible
I am really travelling a lot and I am using many airlines. Some of them are good, some not so good, some of them are bad but there is Argentine airlines. I booked the tickets from them from El Calafate to Iguazu waterfalls in summer 2022. The flight had to be in January 2023. I booked tickets from abroad. I was doing the correspondence in Buenos Aires. My in-flight and out-flight didn’t correspond to each other. I tried to get-in touch with the company. None of the numbers answered. There is no number for emergency. The websites that are called their official sites don’t really exist. I was writing to everyone that seemed to be connected to them. It takes days, days!!!!! When at last one of my thousand emails was answered. I was lucky that I had half a year to solve the problem. I must have a refund for all that time that I have spent on them
In your tickets you don’t have information about your luggage. You must go to their sites, again spent a lot of your time to figure out what luggage you can take according to what you have paid. Why not to have this information directly in the ticket as it is doing other air companies.
Both crafts were terrible, it was unbearably hot in them and there was no air. I said that I was a creature that needed to breath. I was told that all systems were working on their maximum and nothing could be done.
If it’s possible avoid them.

Aerolineas Argentinas is the Worst Airline we have ever used and we have traveled around the world.
Aerolineas Argentinas charges $140 Roundtrip for a bag on an international flight. Two of us have 1 suitcase each to check so it is $280. They expect people to fly internationally to Antarctica for 3 weeks with a carry on bag. What a joke this company is.
We have never paid for a suitcase to be checked in on an international flight EVER and we have been to ALL 7 Continents and over 36 countries
Only reason we went with Aerolineas Argentinas is because it is basically the only airline that was flying to our destination.
If you have a choice DO NOT FLY with Aerolineas Argentinas

Se canceló nuestro viaje a raíz de la pandemia en Marzo del 2020, en agosto 2020 me facturaron el reembolso, hoy estamos a 23 de febrero del 2021 y sigo esperando ese reembolso, no atienden teléfonos, tampoco e-mail. Voy por la 3 audiencia COPREC y siguen sin darme respuesta que pasó ....una vergüenza terrible, UNOS ENORMES ESTAFADORES que se favorece de nuestras leyes decadentes que los amparan, y manipulan nuestro dinero a gusto y placer...

21 días sin respuesta para hacer un cambio
Vengo escribiendo todos los dias desde el 9/11 para hacer un cambio de un pasaje que ellos me cancelaron. No tienen otro medio para hacer el cambio que no sea whatsapp ya que por telefono no contestan, facebook y twitter tampoco, en la parte de gestionar mi reserva el botón esta bloqueado, y las sucursales siguen físicas.
No he tenido respuesta al nivel que tuve que comprar un pasaje nuevo, y ahora que necesito ayuda con mi pasaje nuevo, tampoco se dignan en responder el unico medio que ponen para hacer cambios. Y dado que los cambios segun sus criterios son gratuitos o no, los precios van a aumentando y a medida que pasan los dias, la diferencia a pagar se triplica.

Easy to book with online. Impossible to contact afterwords. No UK office, no UK support even online, UK Contact phone number is only a taped message in Spanish which then drops the phone call.
Any emails received loose something in translation and are hard to understand.

Con el tema de la pandemia pude reprogramar 2 vuelos (uno al exterior y otro interno) sin abonar ningún peso extra, sin penalidades, y sin diferencia de tarifas.
Ante el caos que genero la pandemia fundamentalmente en empresas ligadas a los viajes y turismo se valora y agradece el trato recibido por sobre todo el haberme dado una solución justa y de calidad; ya que muchas otras empresas directamente no dan la cara o piden sumas de dinero exorbitantes para una reprogramacion

En pocos meses de cambio de gobierno y gestión (es una empresa del estado que depende del partido político o agrupación que gobierne) AEROLÍNEAS ARGENTINA EMPEORÓ.
AEROLÍNEAS PLUS, el sistema de premios de millas, NO FUNCIONA. No tienen plazas en tiempo de vacaciones y cuando tienen EL SISTEMA NO TE PERMITE REALIZAR LA BÚSQUEDA
Por ejemplo, pongo Tucumán Buenos Aires en la búsqueda del vuelo de ida y cuando intento en la vuelta poner Buenos Aires Tucumán, TUCUMÁN NO FIGURA en la lista de opciones, lo cual hace imposible la búsqueda.
Espero que la nueva gestión, que fue la misma que hace años la hizo estatal, cumpla con programa aerolíneas plus y mejore servicios.

Cancelamos el pago de 2 pasajes hace 3 meses, y hasta ahora nos informaron en 2 oportunidades modificaciones en el el horario de partida y regreso a Buenos Aires (en todos los casos atrasos de hasta 3 horas); así es imposible programar el traslado en el destino elegido. Mal.
