All my credit for November 2025 was 90£ I pay 30£ on 27/11/2025 and after that I see Google ads take another 200£ I don't know why if all my credit is 90£.I wish to tank you to Google ads for this scam credit and I waiting apologise for this inconvenience.In the last period costumer service is por because is to many agencies in the middle I think Google ads have to check little more the agencies who give them services. Google te habla de segmentacion, pero a la hora de segmentar, solo te permite generalidades, yo creo que hasta en la radio tienes una mejor segmentacion, osea de que me sirve por ejemplo, poner zapatillas, si lo que vendo es nilon para zapatillas, o reparacion de zapatillas. pero google en la campaña insiste que esas palabras violan sus derechos y debo colocar zapatillas. un asco. perdida de tiempo y falta de segmentación. osea dice que va hacia tu publico objetivo pero en la realidad es otra cosa

I hadn’t used my account in months, and out of nowhere it was accessed from Japan, the language was switched from English to Chinese, and campaigns were launched authorising hundreds of dollars per day. Classic account compromise.

I panicked and tried to get help — only to discover that Google Ads doesn’t even have a phone support line. After fighting through their AI chatbot, I finally reached email support.

And here’s the punchline:
Despite seeing (1) a login from Japan, (2) the sudden language change, and (3) a massive spike in spend after months of inactivity… Google still refused to acknowledge the hack. They told me I was responsible for all the charges.

After days of back-and-forth, I received zero help. No refund. No protection. No accountability.

Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from a multibillion-dollar company. No wonder their platform is drowning in 1-star reviews.

Avoid Google Ads. Spend your advertising dollars anywhere else.

Disgusting company, fake billing, invalid clicks, incompetent agents, lies, fake analytics, fake promises, complaints service non existent…massive illegal scam! Why do they still exist? Absolute parasites!

Terrible communication, no customer service number to call. My ads got hacked, reported the issue myself to Google my account suspended. Unable to advertise no response to email communication just radio silence.
Over 11 years spent around £200,000 with them and I don’t even get the basic level of help.
Absolutely absurd behaviour from Google who treat paying customers like dirt. Monopoly companies hold to much market share and to much power and should be made accountable not be able to treat customers this way.

My ads keep getting disapproved for 3 weeks now, because in one video i said the word "trump". First they literally said that "our algorithm noticed the words "President Donald Trump" in your video title "How to Open a Construction Company" Yes you read that right! The podcast has Nothing to do with politics, strictly mentioned that could make an intro to help set up barrier reefs (the podcast is about construction). They admitted to making a mistake, then they told me I have to delete the piece of video where I say trumps name. I did. Restarted ad, disapproved. Again they admitted that yes, there is no more mention of Trump and to restart the ad. Then I got disapproved for SHOCKING content and changed content. Its 3 guys talking at a table!!!! They admitted again that ai made a mistake AGAIN and to restart the ad. Again disapproved for Political Content. Appeal, denied. So far 11 times they apologized, asked to restart and disapproved. I wish I could punch someone there but obviously the guys from India have nothing to do with this. I just truly hope that Brin and his leftie friends get to the same customer care everywhere they go in life as they provide for us!

Google Adwords service is the lowest of the low, they only get away with it as they dominate the market. If there were customer options they would have to provide a good customer service as no other company would get away with their customers spending so much money and offering below par service and support.

Absolutely shocking ads team ! They have absolutely no idea what so ever ! Where are you getting your staff training! Nobody knows what day it is !

Toutefois les professionnels de Google font le maximum pour que vous restiez et dépensiez un maximum d’argent.

I absolutely agree with the other 870 1 star reviewers.Google is not stepping up to help businesses they are basically taking money for nothing. And if you get a credit be very careful it is only usable for a few days I found out after mine expired and they would not give any type of extension or understanding only mentioned in the fine print. You have better odds in Las Vegas with a slot machine

Scam - keeps charging past the campaign end date and spends more than authorized. "automatically" increases your threshold. After not being able to get past AI on chat for customer service, I finally was able to reach a person on the phone who transferred me to a different department who answered the phone call with an automated announcement that they were no longer taking phone calls.

an all round terrible experience. In this day & age and a company with the supposed resources of Google should be an industry standard. Instead it is a constant benchmark of how something should just not work. Disappointing & an embarresment.

1. Had an ad account. Then it got cancelled as they didn't like the idea one of my business activities is remote support for clients (we are an MSP - and remote monitoring and support is the core part of most MSPs)
2 - Cant complete business profile without a video of signage of my shop / location. We are a mobile service, we dont have a shop clients visit. My office is in my house as we go onsite to clients for any repairs requirings hands on support
3 - Eventually got an ad account. Put up adverts. Zero impressions in the first month. Thats not clicks, thats impressions. IE they take money and dont show adverts.
4 - Support - zero support other than "help"(sic) that goes around in circles.
5 - No repsonse from support team if you phone Google adverts
6 - Offer you 1200 in free advert credits as a new client, but after you put in alll your details and CC information etc they say, $1200 is only free if you spend $1200 in advertising. Thats not free. Its also illegal as you formed a contract then changed the terms and conditions.
Literally cannot get Google adverts for a legitimate, 25 year old, successful business.

I am providing this review because I need to vent, not because I think Google care one bit about the atrocious way they are treating people.

Unfortunately because Google have been able to monopolise the market there isn't much anyone in business can do to avoid them but god help you if you have a problem with your adwords and need support.

We have had a problem for 8 months with Google and have lost tens of thousands in business. The fault is with their website caused by changes they made and we CANNOT speak to a human to get it resolved.
