Fantastic products, quick delivery and smells gorgeous

First of all, I must point out that I am not a massive fan of P & F, but did buy their starter pack last year; I thought I’d do a direct, honest (imo) comparison of Adora and P & F, which might be useful.
* First of all, the ordering and delivery process of both was very straightforward and quick.
* The bottle - I personally prefer the P & F offering, due to the labelled nozzle positioning, but both are stylish and do the job.
* The cloth was a hands down P & F winner. It’s much softer and thicker. I found the Adora cloth became soggy very quickly.
* The actual product is where Adora is a hands down winner! The scents are so much nicer, although the ‘staying power’ is a matter of minutes, as is P & F. I didn’t continue to use P & F due to the terrible smearing on my black worktops and on glass. Although I believe they have now changed the formulation to rectify this, Adora have got it right first time! My stainless steel hob is shining after a clean with my new products 😊

* Very strange - I received a really lovely and thoughtful reply originally. It has been removed after a couple of hours, and replaced with a one- liner. I guess someone didn’t like my having such a positive response when I’d ‘only’ given 4 stars. A little disappointing…

Thought I'd try Adora after feeling a little 'let down' by the fragrances of another company offering a similar service. The scents Adora have to offer are so much better! After using the starter pack around my home at weekend I can also confirm the products clean better too, no residues or smears. Very happy customer.

LOVE!.. I'm a P&F lover, and I gave Adora a try with no real expectations as I was so happy with the other brand that I assumed nothing would compare. The starter price is low, so i thought why not? Anyway, From start to finish my experience is fabulous! The unboxing experience is lovely, well packaged and feels like opening a present. The bottle is nice and I prefer it to the other brand bottles.. its got a nicer squirt and the product covers a large area in an ultra fine mist.
The waffle cloth is great quality and the scents are to die for... ALL 3 of them!!!
The scents remind me of holidays and nature and are stunning. I love my other brand still but these scents pip the post. PLEASE make some for electric diffusers.

What a stunning starter kit! Every fragrance smells incredible and I can’t choose a favourite. This actually makes cleaning enjoyable. The customer service is wonderful too. I can’t fault Adora and I will be recommending to friends.

I've trialled a few 'essential oil cleaning concentrates' as a fade over the years. I don't know if it's my age or (like most women) that the manic juggling of a million responsibilities means that I need calming aromas embedded into every aspect of my home, but this type of cleaner has become a bit of an essential. With two adored gun dog breeds in my home... who are also complete scum bags and mud magnets, there are not enough hours in the day to clean down the walls, floors, shutters etc. However, this type of cleaner makes it less of a chore and more of an investment in my own sanity via aroma. I liked the most well known brand, but their scents (although are pleasant enough) were mostly not to my personal taste. A bit of Internet search brought up Adora, and their fragrances did seem to be more 'up my street'. I got the starter set (because it was cheaper than just buying the concentrates) and they are excellent. For those that don't already have a load of amber glass bottles and swanky cleaning clothes, the starter pack is a great buy! The glass vials of the concentrates are just beautiful.... The product itself has done a good job of cleaning my mud smeared walls and surfaces

I honestly can’t fault Adora Cleaning – they are hands down the best cleaning service I’ve ever used. From the very first order, communication was clear, professional, and super friendly. The package arrived right on time, fully equipped, and ready to go.

The results? Unreal. My place has never looked or smelled so fresh – it didn’t just do the basics, they went above and beyond, paying attention to all the little details most people would miss. Skirting boards, corners, even behind the sofa… spotless!

Having recently found Adora and ordered their starter kit, my delivery arrived with a damaged bottle due to the delivery service (and not the fault of Adora). When I contact Adora to explain what happened, they very swiftly resolved the issue even though it was not of their making. Their customer service is second to none, and how they’ve handled this issue alone means I am confident of their service. Now onto the product: the smell of the multipurpose cleaners are amazing, very luxurious and gives your home an elevated fragrance that lasts for ages! The cleaning solution itself is extremely good, and I have found that I can replace all my different products for this one! I use it everywhere! Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, home office, you name it, there’s not a room or surface in my home that this product doesn’t clean. Buy with complete confidence that the product itself is amazing, easy to use, and the customer service is excellent.

I cannot wait to start using this for my everyday cleaner. They smell so boujee and make the house smell amazing even from using just a small amount. Would 100% recommend these for your own home and would make a perfect gift too!

What a brilliant product, the smell is amazing! It leaves my electric hob gleaming with no streaks which is always a plus point. Stylish bottle, the packaging it comes in is lovely. I can always tell when my husband has used it as it fragrances the whole room!

Really impressed with Adora. The sprays smell lovely and actually clean really well. The bottles look nice in the kitchen too, much better than the usual supermarket stuff. Delivery was smooth and I’ll definitely be reordering refills.

The order arrived broken. I contacted them via email (twice) and via instagram.
Expected a replacement, as I sent pictures of the broken vial.
A couple of days later, I received an email and a replacement was sent to me via next-day delivery - what was a nice gesture. Happy with the scents and the products.
