First class product and customer service.
Already used P&F wanted to try different fragrances. I have not been disappointed not only the lovely smell they also clean without streaks which is often a challenge on glass table and hob.
Making the most of the introductory price I also bought as a gift for a friend who does not use chemicals I am sure she will also like the fragrances. I emailed customer service to cancel the gift subscription which was done immediately - no fuss. I can't fault the product the packaging and the customer service.

Outstanding fragrance with a great clean!
Outstanding fragrance, my entire home smells absolutely stunning. The spray bottle is a much nicer feel than P&F and the fact you can adjust the spray strength is perfect.

I can’t cancel or change my order
The products are good but I want to cancel one and change my other subscription and THERE IS NO WAY TO DO THIS! I used Purdy & Fig previously who are open and transparent and subscriptions can be changed easily online. However, there is no option to do this with Adora and it feels very, very fishy. Looking at other reviews about cancelling, I’m obviously one of very many people experiencing this issue. It’s a shame as the products are good. Customer control, however, is lousy! I have no control and cannot stop them taking my money. Is this a scam? Sadly, I think they make it far too difficult so customers give up. Returning to the products though, I can see that they are excellent and the smells are truly wonderful. To be clear, I love the products but want control over my orders and bank account! Somebody mentioned that the bottles aren’t as nice as P&F and that was my initial thought too. However, the sprayer action is far superior and delivers a full, fine mist with each spray, rather than a heavy squirt. I much prefer Adora’e products but they need to sort out transparency.
UPDATE FEB 2026 Adora did indeed sort everything out and their apology/acknowledgement feels genuine so I'm revising my rating to reflect this. Now I know that I can order safely, I'll definitely use their products again. No offence to Purdy & Figg, but these products really do smell better and they clean just as well. It's a taste thing as I love P&F, but for me, these grown up scents are amazing.

Please be careful if you are Asthmatic…
Please be careful if you are Asthmatic as this product contains Phenoxyethanol which can affect your breathing of inhaled from the sprays particles, it affected my breathing!
I wrote to Adora whom were extremely flippant in their reply on such a serious matter. I did ask for the Directors contact details, however a young man telephoned, again sounded so inexperienced and couldn't really answer nor sounded bothered in his tone to what is a very serious matter to me.
Adore please take this opportunity to act and make this product formula to be chemical free!
PLEASE produce your product safe for all to use!

We're very sorry to hear that you felt unwell while using one of our scents, we take any report of sensitivity extremely seriously, especially for those with asthma or respiratory conditions.
Our concentrates, which are then further diluted before use, are formulated with gentle, biodegradable ingredients and are classed as non-hazardous under UK household product regulations.
Ingredients such as phenoxyethanol are included at well below 1% in the concentrate, and once diluted into the spray bottle, the level becomes even lower. These levels are widely recognised as safe for use in home-cleaning products, including spray formats used in everyday environments.
That said, sensitivities can vary from person to person, and we always recommend discontinuing use if something doesn’t feel comfortable. As soon as you contacted us, we responded promptly, cancelled your subscription at your request, and offered support throughout.

Lovely cleaning product
So impressed! Firstly they all smell so nice but it’s also such a good quality cleaning product! I use it on everything including glass and mirrors and it’s the only product I’ve used so far that doesn’t leave streaks - really happy and will order again ☺️ when dealing with the customer service team they were so friendly and helpful too!

Next to no smell
Signed up for the £15 introductory offer. First box arrived with the fragrance bottles loose inside the box and one was smashed, packaging is pretty poor for glass items, no padding/bubble wrap or anything between the glass products and the thin cardboard box. Customer services sent me a new box out within a few days, this one also arrived with the fragrance bottles loose but none were broken this time.
I have just cleaned my kitchen with Sandalmist and while the scent is nice it is soooo weak i could hardly smell it even whilst doing my cleaning. Very disappointed, i was expecting my room to smell lovely for a few hours after cleaning it but there is no smell at all. Shame, if the scents were much stronger i'd have been likely to subscribe.

I am super impressed with Adora. I - like quite a few customers I believe chose to try Adora as P&F customers as it was a great offer & I so wanted to try new scents & I have to say they surpass P&F & that is some quote! I had to contact Adora as my old address went through in error (my mistake) so I contacted them as I knew the people living at my old address were abroad & they sent my starter kit out immediately. Beautifully packaged & I started cleaning straight away. I even did a little video to promote Adora on to my Instagram & Tik Tok. Well-Done Adora. Good service and scents
I am comparing the experience here to Purdy and Figg which is main competition.
I was drawn to this because the bottle looked attractive and I wanted some alternative sprays to complement my Purdy and Figg.
When the kit arrived the bottle spray was broken but I raised this with them and they quickly replaced it and provided a new starter kit for me which was great service.
whilst the design of the bottle is nice to look at, overall it feels cheaper than Purdy and Figg's bottle. The black covering of the glass is somewhat slippy and I prefer the dark transparent glass of Purdy and Figg. The spray nozzle is of a relatively cheap design.
The provided micro fibre clothe is thin and cheap and the P&G ones are much better.
The scents themselves are nice. However, the packing does not include any instruction on how much concentrate to put in each bottle (I think they expect you to go off the guidance they emailed to you). They provide three different concentrates in small containers, which are actually very attractive and the packing of these is very good (with small plastic sealing to allow you to reuse) , they are marked as 'multi use' but I could not recall how much to put in each time, so I guessed as 50% (to two uses of each one).

Amazing scent and the best cleaner I have found. Streak free on my quartz, and the only cleaner I've found that properly buffs out greasy marks/fingerprints on my handle-less kitchen units. I'm really impressed.
