Disappointed
I really liked the fragrances just unfortunately most of my experience of them was from the box!
I ordered this to change from another provider, the first arrived and a vials of fragrance was smashed in the box. I contacted customer services, sent pictures and immediately sent another...so far so good. Unfortunately the second arrived in the same state...I would've expected more attention to have been paid to packaging but it wasn't. I then contacted again with photographs, stating my dissatisfaction and unfortunately cancelling my subscription because I couldn't trust it to arrive undamaged. This time absolutely no response from customer services. I marked as a two as I got to experience the product albeit limitedly and actually initially they were a responsive company.

Gorgeous scents
Gorgeous scents! I have been using purdy and figg for a long time but decided to try Adora for a change. I love it! The scents are stronger and my kitchen was still smelling lovely several hours after cleaning. The cleaning power also worked really well. I had an issue with the nozzle not working. I emailed and got a lovely reply next day from Ann Marie. She gave me advice but assured me if it still didn’t work she would immediately send a replacement. However it was my error and nozzle was fine. There’s no on/off on it and I wasn’t turning it properly. Ann Marie told me the next batch going out has been modified. Excellent customer service. I’m a convert!

Really fast delivery
Really fast delivery - just used sandalmidt it cleaned beautifully and smells amazing and the scent is lasting - I normally like oud and more manly scents and this definitely fits the bill. Will be repurchasing.

I had an issue. Ie I could not find anywhere on their website to unsubscribe. I emailed them and had a reply the next morning apologising and unsubscribng me. I think their customer services is really good. I hope they can sort out their website because us old folk can't cope with too taxing a transaction.

I’m a big fan of home scents cleaning products. I’m disappointed. It’s water in a nice bottle. Not much scent and doesn’t remove any kind of marks no matter how small.
I’m glad I bought it when it was on offer as it’s not worth spending on.

Excellent customer service
I ordered a discounted started set from Adora, the scents appeared a bit more masculine than a competitors and Inwasntwd it for my man cave. The starter pack included, a speedy bottle, cloth and 3 Matt black glass vials. Delivery was quick, within 2 days, unforyknenof the vials smashed during transport. I contacted their customer by email who responded the next day saying to dispose of the damaged item and they would send out a replacement via Amazon next day. Thwnn xtbday I received a complete replacement kit, this was above and beyond what was expected and I am very pleased. I am currently testing out the scents, so good so far but cannot fault the customer service.

I’ve used Purdy and Figg for many years and no problems. I thought I’d try Adora as the scents were less pungent. My starter kit was missing a cleaning cloth and one of the fragrances was broken. It smelt nice lol

As soon as this was raised, we arranged a replacement fragrance vial and waffle cloth to be sent out to you. Once an order has shipped, tracking is sent automatically via email so you can follow its journey to you.
You’re absolutely right to expect extra care at this early stage of our business. We’ve taken feedback like yours very seriously and have made significant improvements to the next batches of our starter kits, including enhanced packing checks and additional protective packaging to prevent issues like this happening again.

I ordered from you and love the smell of all three scents 😍 however curiosity got the better of me and I ordered Purdy and Figg to see what the hype was about 🫣 first two bottles were tipped down the sink! I’ve filled the bottle with the Christmas scent now and can’t say that’s any better tbh and smells nothing like Christmas to me 🫤 I’ll be sticking with my Adora scents from now on 😍
