I have been going to Adjust massage for years now. Christine is amazing, she's professional, kind and is passionate. The room is clean, tidy and parking is available.
Christine is really knowledgeable and easy to talk to so she always finds the best treatment for you. Today is needed a relaxing massage to ease the stress and I left feeling light and lifted. I look forward to my next appointment.

I had a Deep Tissue and Remedial massage for the first time with Christina. She did a thorough consultation and asked me if there were any areas I felt I need work on and I explained that I work with computers and drive long distance. She straight away diagnosed the areas where I had sore muscles and during the massage thoroughly worked on them. She is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable.

Christine was incredible! Really friendly, knowledgeable and listened to my concerns and areas that needed attention and was able to advise and adjust the massage to accommodate those areas. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Christine and I'm already booked in for my next treatment!

Christine was bloomin amazing. I had an Indian head massage and a Swedish body massage after feeling a deep tissue was going to be a little to intense for me. I’m quite sure I fell asleep on numerous occasions. What a treat and thank you so much!

Christine listened to my issues and explained what she was going too do, continued asking if the pressure was ok.

The West Bridgford massage room was very clean & comfortable as expected.

I have rebooked for another massage in a month's time, at Beeston as it is closer to home.
