I had my first ever Indian Head massage and it was amazing. Plus if you book for one hour you get a back massage too which makes it fantastic value. Christine was brilliant - really put me at ease. Can't recommend this experience highly enough!

Had awful back pain and could hardly walk. Booked an appointment with Jules who was very knowledgeable. Was quite painful at the time but the next day was back to normal, then the next day even better.

Made a last minute booking with Christine after I’d hurt a muscle in my neck/shoulder area which was limiting my movement and causing a lot of pain. This was my first time at adjust and the consultation with Christine was helpful and she made me feel at ease. I opted for a sports massage to help with recovery, she went in with a good amount of pressure which is my personal preference. She really worked all the muscles and I could feel this later on in the day, as well as getting rid of the standard knots I hold in my upper back. A few days later this muscle is almost recovered and the rest of my back feels amazing.
Can’t wait to book in again for enjoyment this time.

his was my first massage (I had a taster of hot stones a few years ago) and I felt at ease straight away.
Jo was very welcoming, compassionate and a quick problem solver. When my chest wouldn't allow me to lie flat on the table, she quickly went to get some extra rolled up towels to place under my shoulders.
The massage itself was amazing, I didn't realise how much tension I had in my shoulders and neck. I had never felt so relaxed and loose, I even felt that I was walking taller instead of slouching.
Not long after getting home I booked my next session.
I can't recommend highly enough.

Ive been with a few of them at adjust and they're all very good and different. Christine is excellent and can give a strong massage if that's your preference. I've been recovering from an injury and has definitely helped me recover quicker.

I was lucky to bag a last minute appointment with Christine for one of the best back massages I’ve ever had! With a job involving hours at a laptop I have a build-up of tension and knots in my neck and shoulders and so wanted to target that area. Christine took the time to listen to what I was looking for and tailored the treatment to suit. I’ve been for both Indian head massages and hot stone massages with Christine over the past few months. The massages have really improved the pain and tensions in my back, neck and shoulders - reducing headaches that were very frequent. I also feel comfortable and at ease, the facilities are clean and the massages are always tailored to what I need at each appointment, I’d highly recommend.

I would really like to thank Silvia for the deep tissue massage I received from her, she simply has magic in her hands. Not only is she a warm and bubbly lady, who made me feel at ease, she is also extremely knowledgeable, and very skilled at her profession. She was able to find the source of discomfort in my shoulder, and work it out via multiple techniques. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs such muscle therapy, as she will make a genuine effort to help relieve your discomfort and pain.

I wanted a hot stones massage for generalised pain and tension. I was able to get a weekend place with Christine.
The massage was excellent. Christine balanced the pressure to my needs and it really helped. Particularly my neck pain and the face massage has completely removed jaw pain which is wonderful.

I've seen Christina a few times following an injury. She's been kind and helpful in helping me with my recovery which I'm grateful for and I feel like I'm in safe hands. I always feel that I'm in a safe environment. The facilities are really clean and warm which is also important!

I had my second massage with Christine today. I was really pleased with my first massage and I decided to book a second one (and today I booked a third). I need a massage because my work requires spending several hours typing at the computer and my neck and shoulders are currently very stiff. Christine asked me several questions before and during the massage to make sure that the massage was tailored to my needs. I like how she adjusts the pressure depending on the tenderness of the muscles and how stubborn the problem is. I felt that for both massages, she was “listening” to how my body was responding. I will definitely come back to have a massage with her.

I’ve been with a couple of massage therapist but Christine is the best. Very thorough and pays attention to detail. Highly recommended!

Booked in for a Swedish massage with Klaudia. We discussed my health complaints and she targetted the massage at problem areas. I felt great afterwards and have booked in for an Indian head massage in a few weeks. I would recommend Adjust and certainly Klaudia after my experience

I recently had a fabulous deep tissue massage with Christine. The pressure was spot on and she adjusted it for me when requested. Christine makes you feel listened to and targets exactly where your needs are!
